Manifestors...I would be curious to know how the anger dance plays out for you.

    • @oscarl.3563

Things come and things go. You're only caught up in anger if you hang on to what makes you angry. Not trying to achieve anything you face no resistance, not facing resistance there is no anger.
In other words: choose no path with your mind and there is no anger. They are all tangents. Any path you could come up with is a tangent that takes you away from life. You seek wisdom? It's because you experience a lack of it. Seek health? You'll know yourself not-healthy. You want to make the world a better place? You'll see the worst of it wherever your eyes fall.
Get preoccupied with any pathway and you'll have what you deserve: anger, frustration, bitterness or disappointment. HD claims our lives are determined by our decision-making progress and that is so. If you truly understand this you've mastered HD and your own life too.
Lao Tzu knew his stuff thousands of years ago. But to this day few get it. People seek sound plans to rely on and set out on their chosen path. Some do alright meditating but skip deciding with your mind and the mind drops - then there is nothing to meditate on. This is how you avoid setting yourself up for anger.

For me, when my creative flow is interrupted I feel angry sometimes. Not all of the time. But there are days when I feel thwarted a lot and there’s definitely strong anger that comes up. Some days I feel a deep peace and the interruptions don’t bother me, and the peace spills over onto those around me. Actually I feel those times are very valuable because I am there for others in a way that allows them to express their needs to me, which makes me better at initiating. This is in a family setting as I’m a stay at home mom. 😌

Manifestors were also the ancient Indian goddesses, the demigod alphas of Greek stories, and also the Yogi’s, they have access to Shiva’s anger and they use their energy for creating peace of mind on earth. :)

I'm a manifestor and doing hypnotherapy years before I understood this about manifestors really helped me with anger. The huge shadow that I discovered I had, was that I actually suppressed my anger because of childhood abuse. I certainly had anger, but didn't let myself even feel more then the tip of the iceberg of my anger. It wasn't until summer 2020 that I had a repressed memory come back that was so horrific that I could finally understand why I had become so good at suppressing my anger. It was so healing for me to get angry about what happened to me. Finding this memory finally helped me to accept this anger and to also appreciate what it was trying to tell me for years. I'm still in the the process of releasing this anger, but I'm grateful that I'm on the path to peace and forgiveness through honoring my angry inner child.

Interesting. I have never thought of myself as an angry person. I needed to sit with this and discover what was buried in me. After a time I realized my anger was buried. Part of my conditioning. So much of this is being uncovered. One thing that I realized is that, as I embraced this, was my hearts desire for peace, prosperity, and safety. I want to let the furry that is buried beneath, be released to bring peace. Learning and learning some more. Thank you.

I am a manifestor, but my anger is hidden deep down because it was not common to express anger (or any other negative emotions) in my family. Only now, after working with therapist for half a year, I am returning my anger emotions and trying to use them as a tool for understanding that something goes wrong or not in accordance with the way I want.
And I feel alive when I allow myself to express my emotions, especially anger. Cause you don’t need to rage or to shout at smb to express it, there are so many ways to do that ecologically.

The thing that helped me deal with my anger was breathwork. Tomasa is right when she says there is always another emotion underneath the anger (I even made a presentation about this topic at my university a few months ago).
Before breathwork, I would feel angry and self-implode. My energy would crush, my mind would become fuzzy, and I could not operate. Screaming into a pillow and breathing deeply was life-saving, especially when I was required to do a lot at work or school.
After expressing the anger constructively, I can make the best decisions for my design.

In my natural state I really do strive for peace and quiet. In fact whenever I strive for peace everybody disturbs it by antagonising me. I took 4 years of hardcore bullying in school and then in the final year I started using secret information about teachers etc to leverage protection and it worked. It taught me that in order to have respect or to be left alone in had to create a d*ckish persona. Then after school I thought I'd go back to my normal self and then people would antagonise me again. So then I'd have to be a d*ck again. It keeps happening over and over to this day. So while I agree that being a Manifestor shouldn't mean being like that, for me, its the only way people listen or they eat you alive. I mean I got arrested in my neighborhood while I was jogging. And then the cops laughed at me and the me in jail (withoit booking me) for the night because I was "arrogant". Don't worry I sued the day I got out and later settled. The point is, it's sad but I don't see any other way of operating.

@@ScribblebytesWorldwide You are so welcome. It was really a pleasure to create this series despite the amount of time it took, mostly dealing with organizing the footage. It's nice to be appreciated for it!
So, the way I look at HD is that it's an awareness tool...but as humans there's more going on. We carry information in our auras that will attract certain experiences over and over again until we heal.
I used to attract abusive interactions with men for example...no matter where I went, it would happen, until I took a good look at what was it about me and my aura that was drawing these people in. It lead me on a healing journey around that dynamic which I am still unraveling, but I no longer attract those experiences.
So, in your case, I would invite you to start out on a healing journey around those themes of bullying, abuses of power and being safe. A good video to start with on my channel is the one about healing your pain body, AND, in my case my approach to healing has always been 'whatever it takes' and sometimes it takes years and working with many different practitioners to unlock whatever needs to be unlocked...it might not, but I just wanted to offer that to my ears, it doesn't make sense for you to just conclude "this is how it is for me and so I have to be an adaptive version of myself in order for it not to happen"... I believe that this can be changed and that it can be unraveled if you choose to do the deeper digging within.
      HUGS

@@karenmcmullen Wow thank you for that! Its rare that I actually feel heard so I'm a little shell-shocked actually. I seriously appreciate it!
In 2014 I started doing The Work, as they say, and I realised a lot of things that I wasn't acknowledging but as you say it is a journey and I'm still on it and discovering new things all the time. I wouldn't have been able to have this conversation 3 years ago. And I'm only now just realising that things I thought were simple in the past were not that simple and that they could have been fixed if I just communicated.
I agree that it shouldn't be my destiny to keep facing these strange situations and I'd love to have a more balanced set of experiences. I just get paranoid sometimes that everything is a trick or a setup and I think *that's* the emotional body part that needs healing. I can spot a scam a mile away but I can always spot when someone is being genuine and I think that's how I've lost out on awesome experiences.
I don't know why I'm so suspicious of everything and everyone. I remember being at a birthday party when I was 12 or something and we were playing some General Knowledge question game and my friend's Dad was secretly giving me the answer and I just disregarded him and picked my own answer (which was wrong), and lately I've been thinking how bad that must make people feel when I throw them out like that (not the Dad but later expressions of the same pattern of suspicion).
I'm definitely going to check out more of your work in this area. I find I resonate a lot with Lina in your Manifestor series. Maybe I'm projecting but I feel like I know exactly where she's coming from and you always ask the right questions that elicit those moments of recognition for me.

    Hi Karen 🌞,
I agree with Sarah K and Tomasaa., Tara and Lian, Erin. Being a manifestor doesn't give escuse to be mean.
It's the not self, and if you're in that state, that is the SIGN, you must do your inner work. I'm a manifestor, and I think we can learn to transform it when arises. First we must be authentic, if you feel it, don't deny nor try to please others to get accepted. Being an emotional 6/2 manifestor, I passed almost 4 decades being a people pleaser to be accepted and loved, and discovered this is not the way. I am also an empath, so i had to learn to manage all of this inside me. I loved always dance as a cathartic process of expression 💖. So, i discovered that Biodanza is my way of freely express ALL of my emotions with no limits, it's my way to express them in a safe space, with my regular safe Biodanza group. Journalling works for me too. Yoga and being in Nature is also helpful.
Like Lian, i don't get angry very often, I know that the boundaries are there and clear. Being an 6/2, We know we need our time alone, so i respect myself and just inform. I really think informing is a great strategy, you respect others and they respect your space too, it's a way that works. Only ego can make you think that you don't wanna inform. Why not? Others can't know you need time off, or what you need, i find Informing as being liberated 🌞🙏🌹.
Anger is a sign that you're not aligned and should be alone to first feel without deny, understand why it came, transform inside and search your peace 🙏🤍🌹. It's a process of transmutation 🦋.
Peace is vital for me, so i learn no cultivate it inside my inner garden, and anger is a sign not to ignore, weeds to pluck.
Don't try to ignore it supress it, it will make you ill, deal with it, know what your inner self is trying to tell you to acknowledge and transform 💖.
Doing Art and moving the Body are great tools 💖🙏🌹.
Always take care of your inner garden 💖🦋🌹.

I don't mind anger so anger is not an issue. Contemporary societies restrain us too much - no physicality allowed. When faced with an egoist you're supposed to do nothing or call the police. It's not natural. The only reliable solution is to minimize contact with humans as much as possible. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

    • @karenmcmullen

@@karenmcmullen When a dog bothers another dog there is a snarl, bark or quick bite. It rarely escalates but if it does then what is wrong with that?
There is a physical dimension to being a mammal. We need that to establish boundaries. Kids and puppies both fight as play and it establishes things. Father-figures teach rough and tumble.
If a man bothers a woman he should be slapped and shouted at, but somehow we have a society where no-one sticks up for themselves but delegate judgments and responsibilities to courts and the police. It isn't natural, it is mental. Our fears of violence, over-worked brains and often the lack of fathers in the childhoods of children have made us unnatural. We call it being an adult and smart, but it's just...a lunacy.
For me personally I don't need a court to judge my offender. I don't need to delegate that to someone not-involved. People say "who are we to judge others?" I think -who better?

My god. I LOVED the fairytale book and making a joke of it all. Anger is an extremely strong emotion for me. It is a huge thing. It feels like it brings me physical pain it is so intense sometimes, and I go to the gym to handle it at the moment. But I am only 4 minutes in and wanted to comment on the fairytale book and had to comment on that (perhaps because I am angry at the stupidity of some of the HDC myths!)
I am experimenting, since I am stuck with the anger, with the anger enforcing productivity at the moment since I can't get rid of it. I do not necessarily believe following S&A reduces anger that is something that has not passed my testing.
I have Mars in the 4.1 and every single thing has to be tested for it's veracity before it will be accepted. So some questions:
    - If Manifestors were the kings and queens of old, how can this have been the case if this was still with seven centred beings? (English Monarchy was said to end in 1649).
    - If leading with Projectors is the best way to go why did Jovian Archive lead with a Manifestor? Surely if something is structurally the best way to do something it should be done like that.
    - Are there any Monarch manifestors that we can look at? Anyone have any charts?
I often think this myth of the ending Manifestor Monarchy is there for some reason to salve peoples feelings and jealousy.

I have no answers to your questions. HD isn't really logical in my view. It's mystical. It came from a man who heard a voice for 8 days and 8 nights. It's talking about stars imprinting us with neutrinos. If you need logic in order to believe this, it's probably not for you! That's how I see it at least. But if there is anyone who can answer these questions it's you!
Regarding Anger...it's also my belief that you very well may need some healing work and therapy to move beyond your not-self. (not specifically you...anyone). There are a few other videos on my channel that you may benefit from: One recent one about advice from a manifestor, and another one about You don't need Human Design, You need to Heal.
Finally, I really hope that you find the peace you are here for as an angry manifestor is not going to be able to impact the world and those around them in the positive way they are meant to.

    • @j.l.w9563
      @j.l.w9563 Год назад

@@karenmcmullen Thankyou for your response Karen.
Those questions were not to ask you they were the kind of questions that I tend to think about. I do not believe the HDC isn't logical either. There are plenty of times where these sorts of questions lead to insights into the system for me. Assuming this is the 4.1 we will see how things go when Saturn goes into the gate 63 next year.
      Best Wishes.

Sorry you feel this way. I hope you can shift! That is why this is called the empowered manifestor playlist...when a manifestor is not empowered, their type can seem like a negative, but when they are empowered, they can change the world and work wonders for the lives of those they love.

Karen McMullen I am procrastinating 😂 but also going trough some trauma healing ❤️ I have a question about Manifestor and variables (arrows). So my mind and brain is left, I am thinking a lot, I am very structured and have million interests ❤️ but my environment and perspective is right so more passive, it is hard for my body to act. Ra said that with this configuration things have to come to me... but as a Mani - nothing will come to me if I won’t stand up and go for it ! Super confusing 🤷‍♀️ Do you have any insights or info about that or channeled message on this topic? It makes me ANGRY HAHA 😂 to be confused 🤯

@@karinatrip I get it! My environment/perspective is left, so I need to be active, but as a generator, I'm supposed to let things come to me...so it's the same conundrum, but the opposide. It's a really good question. The message that comes through for you is: "Karina, you are doing really well. The more that you can spend time in nature with the elements (an image of sunshine, with trees and grass comes), the more that you will naturally strike the balance in receiving indicators of what is coming to you and taking action by going for it. When your mind is in distress, go into nature to find peace, or do anything else that engages your feminine, sensual, body self to relax."

As I contemplate your question, I wonder if this is really all about just finding our own balance with the masculine and the feminine within?

Karen McMullen that’s a beautiful message ❤️ thank you so much 😊 so how do you balance your feminine aura with masculine push from your mind? Do you do any action (like preparing) before responding ?
