We were jamming for a blues concert and one of the players wanted to hear this song. I had never heard a full Matt Andersen song until then. The other players could not get the vocal range. It took me one verse to get the tempo and vocal range and when I started singing. The person who wanted to hear the song smiled broadly. I made his concert by hitting the Matt notes and range. Love his stuff!

Saw him live at a Stuart McLean concert. He came out and I thought he was a stage hand moving the mic. Then he BELTED OUT the most incredible version of Aint no sunshine. I got goosebumps!! AMAZING!!
that hair.. when i saw matt in concert he got so into the music, at one point in the show he had his hair down and he was waving it around as he shredded his guitar. it was glorious

2020 has been such an awful year but at least i can say i got to discover Matt Andersen and his amazing voice
