    This was so helpful and I can’t thank you enough! Memorizing anatomy has always been difficult for me but you’ve made it simple with useful tips as well. Did you have a video available for the posterior compartment of the upper arm as well (didn’t see one in your videos)?

    • @MemorizeMedical
      @MemorizeMedical  Год назад

      No, unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to the posterior arm yet. It's a little more straightforward than the anterior, at least. Sorry about that! Glad this video helped though.

      I'd love too. It'll take some time though 😬. I cover some of the nerves more in my leg videos. Hopefully some of those tips will help until then.

    Can you do one on the triceps.
    Long Head, Medial Head, Lateral Head, very easy to get confused.
    Long = size
    Medial, Lateral = position.
    But I don't have your talent, so don't know how to come up with a mnemonic or rhyme.
    I do, however, remember that the "Long Heads Love the Glenoid."
    Long Head of the Biceps originates at the SupraGlenoid
    Long Head of the Triceps at that InfraGlenoid.
    Am learning artistic anatomy so I can draw the human figure better from life.
    Or - the absolutely impossible feat - one day, be able to draw a realistic the human figure, completely from imagination. In any position, performing any action. No models. No references.

      @hgilbert 11 месяцев назад

      "Triceps before you Biceps!"
      Biceps has 2 heads. Triceps has 3
      Biceps: Long, Lateral.
      Triceps: Long, Lateral and one in between
      Long is for Size.
      Lateral denotes Position.
      Medical conventions are Mad!
      Calling the missing one Medial.
      The Medial and Lateral share something else.
      They listen to "Radio Groove" ♩♪
      The Lateral is taller, more prominent - thus Superior.
      The Medial is smaller, tucked under hidden - so Inferior
      Hence:
      The Lateral originates Superior to the Radial Groove.
      While the Medial originates Inferior to the Radial Groove.
      Fine, then, I am terrible at this!
