- Nissan Malaysia is proud to present, "Atuk" a poignant Hari Raya story of family and love. A Malaysian production, this commercial/TVC revolves around Atuk and his grandson, Man. Both takes a journey, one down memory lane and the other through self-discovery. The past allows us to choose between forgetting and remembering, and with this blessed Syawal let us choose the past that will put a smile on our faces.
Produced in conjunction with the Hari Raya celebrations, "Atuk" features a cast of memorable characters that will sure resonate with Malaysians of all walks of life. We hope you will enjoy this short film as much as we have worked on it.
Nissan Malaysia would like to wish all Malaysians a Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

Sesiapa yang mecipta script utk iklan ini layak diberikan 1000 LIKE dan 1000 Love dari saya. Sebenarnya bukan atuk Man memberikannya sebijik kereta lama, tapi sejuta kenangan, sejuta kasih dan sejuta peringatan pada cucunya.
sangat x sangka rupanya isteri atuk ni dah x ada rupanya. bila sampai part man jumpa atuk di gerai lemang baru perasan. sangat menyentuh hati. cinta atuk hingga akhir hayat. mmg iklan raya terbaik utk tahun ni setakat ini. good job nissan :)

Iklan berkualiti dalam pada masa yang sama,ada marketing perniagaan kereta Nissan diselitkan di dalamnya.
Memang terbaik..sederhana dan sedih
wau terbaiklah iklan ini penuh dengan nostalgia. apa-apapun kereta nissan sememangnya tahan lasak. spare part murah. jimat minyak terutamanya nissan grand livina isi minyak RM50 boleh drive dari lumut perak sampai merlimau melaka.

I am a second year medical student.My father got a Sunny in late 90s and it was passed on to me.It has been a great car,never too old to use.It has a great mileage and importantly Sunny has been with me during all the tough times,this ad revokes all the memories I had with my Sunny.Tq Nissan Malaysia for helping me to appreciate my Sunny more.
Suddenly i cried when Atuk said "bila atuk bawak kereta ni , atuk teringat nenek kamu" 5:12 , "awak pun jaga diri baik-baik ye" 6:44 :'(
I just wanna say thanks for creating this short film. It even made me change my mind about not going back home for Raya. It's... complicated but when you don't feel like you're being a good son and you still haven't found a stable career in your late twenties, it's kind of hard to see your parents again and celebrate Raya together with a straight face, but I'll try to keep myself calm somehow.
We thank you Zim K. for taking the time to view our video :) We're sorry to hear about your situation but we certainly think parents will be proud of us, regardless. Late twenties is still young and you definitely have time to explore and find your passion! nissan sunny adalah kereta pertama keluarga saya. kami orang susah & ayah beli kereta nissan sunny second hand bawa kami sekeluarga adik beradik duduk berhimpit-himpit kat belakang :") sampai keluarga dah senang sikit-sikit dan kami adik beradik dah besar baru ayah beli kereta lain lebih besar. nissan sunny terlalu banyak memori pada keluarga kami.
untunglah to whom yg still ad grandparents..plz appreciate them..they always make your world even more brighter..missed mine so much..GOOD JOB WELL DONE NISSAN

Watching at this video reminds me of my late grandpa :') when i was little , i lived with him . He taught me so many things . Thanks nissan for reminding me of my handsome grandfather !

Wonderful.... wonderfully brilliant... I'm touched. What a beautiful short story. My dad used to have the exact Nissan but is Yellow. I recall the days that the door top corner leaks whenever it rains but instead of being an issue, my family just laugh it off.

This remind me of my father Nissan Sunny Wagon...there is a time my family need to 'balik kampung' from Kluang to Teluk Intan which will take around 6 hours to arrive, we make a small room at the back of the car...it was very memorable moment. Now my family own Grand Livina, very satisfy with the build quality. Thumbs up for Nissan!!!

Such a great short film! The fact that I am still driving this 21 years old blue Nissan Sunny that has the same age as me and still being featured makes it even more meaningful. I love this car a lot and would still pick this car over any automatic cars anytime :)

Although my family never own any Nissan but Nissan develop together and close to the heart of Malaysians. It was one of the affordable vehicle until today especially for almera.
Still remember that everytime my family arrived at Banting bus station, we will ride a Nissan sunny cab to continue our journey to my kampung. Nissan, Iklan Raya 2014 was yours. U deserve a hug from me.

Great Ad Nissan. I'm touched. My grandfather passed away in 2011, and for the past two Raya, on the first day of Raya, my late grandmother always asked me the same question, 'Where's your grandfather?' That question seems to be the hardest question to answer ever. She passed away peacefully few weeks before Ramadan this year and I think i'm going to miss to hear those question again. I'm glad they are reunited now. #UnconditionalLove
Well done.. WELL DONE.. It always lingers in memories when an advertisement has an emotional bite. Now that you've hit the right notes, keep it going, we'll be waiting. And, yeah, my mom too had a Nissan 120Y which was given to me and it served me like a boss when I first got my license. :)

Iklan ini boleh dikatakan agak lengkap bagi menggambarkan kehidupan di kawasan pinggir bandar yang mempunyai masyarakat majmuk (pelbagai bangsa dan agama) yang harmoni. Syabas diucapkan dengan penghasilan iklan raya (puasa) begini, tanpa ada babak-babak kontroversi seperti iklan-iklan tahun-tahun lepas. Sewajibnya mana-mana pihak menjaga sensitiviti bangsa dan agama yang lain dalam membuat iklan. Perlu merujuk kepada pakar agama yang berkaitan jika perlu... Nak tunjuk kreatif perlu kena dengan keadaannya.. Iklan ini bagi saya terbaik buat masa ini. Just sweets and nice...

my arwah atok ada kereta ni dulu warna cream, atok selalu bawak jejalan naik kereta dia dulu, masa kecik pernah simpan niat bila dah besar nak bawak atok pulak jalan2 tapi semua tu tak sempat sebelum habis SPM atuk dah pergi dulu hmmm sedihnyaa

It goes to show Nissan's long-term reliability (of course all car manufacturers have specific issues related to different models)
