How far in advance would you suggest someone to start looking for homes before moving? We’re planning on moving to the area when our kids graduate which is some years away. Just curious your thoughts on that
Hey Katie! You can start looking for areas now, but obviously, I wouldn't start looking at homes until you are 2-3 months out as the homes currently on the market won't be there then.
We are purchasing a property in Berkshire Forest and disappointed to hear that the partnership with Atlantica may be ending. Do you have any other info such as time frame?
As of now I don't know anything official about it and only that it was a rumor talked about between a few of my clients. Not sure if it will even come to be.

The prices in there are usually higher. Right now, the least expensive thing for sale is $599,900. For this video, the parameters was under $500K. It's a nice community and I've sold a home in there before, in comparison to other communities, the amenities are normally better for a more affordable price.
