You got it!!! Prayer, purpose, passion and community is the key out of depression!!! I've accomplished some of these elements better than others. The rosary is extremely powerful in fighting this syndrome (along with other things of course)!!!

That was such a beautiful interview. It's just a good or whatever feeling that someone so famous can feel like I do. I have depression anyways but I try not to sit around. One of the things from this interview was when you said just go outside and take 5 steps. I wish I could get my sister to go out with me and just take one step cause that would be such an accomplishment for her. She does not go out her door only for doctor visits. She has been like this for years. Her husband won't even take her for a ride. He goes to work and comes home and that's that. Thank you Josh and my favorite song is for evermore. It sounds a lot like what I did. But I am ok. No one can sing like you. The first time I heard your song, I think it was you raise me up. I told my husband my ex now that you were an angel singing and he said yes you are. Thank you.

Josh, I would never imagined that of all people who could understand my feelings about depression and anxiety It’s can be a very lonely world and it’s hard to crawl out at times, and taking those 5 steps can be so hard, depression Really sucks, it hurts, it can make you not able to be the person we know we want to be.
It goes to prove that money doesn't bring happiness.He has everything anyone could ever wish for.but still suffers from depression. He really needs a very, understanding young lady to make his life complete 💓 He would be a great daddy 🤩🥰
