Sunderland AFC stars talk mental health with Premier League Inspires students

Pupils from Hetton School have been rewarded for their hard work in Foundation of Light's Premier League Inspires programme with an invitation to the Beacon of Light to take part in a question sand answer session with Sunderland AFC players.
Following weekly sessions discussing mental health and wellbeing in the classroom at their school, those who had done particularly well in sessions were invited to the Beacon to share what they had found and Jack Clarke and Bradley Dack.
The two players answered questions and talked about their own experiences and coping techniques when facing challenges throughout their careers.
