I think your stars are saved as soon as the whistle blows, so it’s hard if you’re one second off of 3 stars on sprints and try to close app. Def gotta practice first

So as soon as you mess up close the app. You can do this as many times as you need, as long as you close as soon as you mess up and don’t let the workout add up at the end and save.

@@SETTYBLU_ you have to workout every 7 days. Under the progression tab, then under get boosts, if u go to the right you will see workout boost and how long it lasts until your next workout. That’s why it’s important to close app if you mess up because if it saves, you will have to wait 7 days to try again.

Yes. If you mess up and don’t get the perfect workout boost, it makes you wait a full 7 real life days. If you go to the get boost tab, it will show you have much time you have left before you can do a workout again.

Yea 2k is always breaking the game when they do patches some of the workouts are really bugged. Try either doing the squats in the workout room in the arena and see is it bugged in there.

If you just created your myplayer you have to play nba games (1 or 2 maybe)with them until it is unlocked. You should get a mission to go there when you played enough games.
Yeah if you gone fail a workout, close the game app. I would start with the hardest one for you to save on time. Battle ropes not about speed it’s consistency.
Try not to go extremely fast and instead just try to maintain the up down input at a steady rate so the ropes don’t drop and u don’t go under 3 stars. I think u only need 100 reps to get 3.
Bruh just do the Pull Ups, Ropes, Agility Ladder, Sprints, and Treadmill. I used to do the squats in 23 but on the 8th rep that shit don’t register for me.
I don’t agree with saying pull-ups is a bad one I do pull ups every time and 4 star it I jsut push down on my sticks and when I flick them up flick them back down like right away and get it every time
In your quick menu go over to the progression tab and go to where it says get boosts. Then look to the right side. It will show your countdown to when you can workout again.
@@j.r.w7636 the only way u can see it is by walking into the Gatorade facility, then when u get the pop up it will show u at the bottom how many stars u need for your next body type, and it will say that body type.

When you do sprints do you hold it or tap it ?
You alternate tapping both triggers then you hit the face button prompt. By face button I mean A/B/X/Y or one of the shapes on PS.
