    If you’re struggling with pull-ups or the box jump once the pace starts to speed up release the stick immediately after you start the movement should stop near the midpoint of the green.

      @@martinstirling7946 I definitely appreciate it bro. the turbo boost gives you extra stamina meter so you can do things like dribble longer. When you low on stamina it’s harder to shoot. Your regular stamina bar is white, the boost bar is blue.

      So as soon as you mess up close the app. You can do this as many times as you need, as long as you close as soon as you mess up and don’t let the workout add up at the end and save.

      @@SETTYBLU_ you have to workout every 7 days. Under the progression tab, then under get boosts, if u go to the right you will see workout boost and how long it lasts until your next workout. That’s why it’s important to close app if you mess up because if it saves, you will have to wait 7 days to try again.

    Do you have to wait a legit 7 actual days before you can do your next workout? Mine seems to never let me do my next one and I’m halfway through the regular season

      Yes. If you mess up and don’t get the perfect workout boost, it makes you wait a full 7 real life days. If you go to the get boost tab, it will show you have much time you have left before you can do a workout again.

      100% accurate fam I swear if I look at it I will mess it up and haven't done the battle ropes yet but on 22 mine was glitched and Everytime I'd do ropes my camera would spin in a circle and it would go up and down so I literally had to look away from the screen

      It gives you the extra blue stamina meter for 7 days. The same blue meter like the Gatorade boost meter. It doesn’t give you Gatorade though. If you do have Gatorade you will have 2 blue meters of extra stamina added to the normal yellow one.

      You alternate tapping both triggers then you hit the face button prompt. By face button I mean A/B/X/Y or one of the shapes on PS.

      No but if you want body types faster you need 4 stars

      Yeah what the other person said. 3 stars gives the same boost as long as you got at least 3 stars on every workout. The extra is just to get the other body types faster.

      No it only lasts for 7 days. If u look under your progression tab and go to get boosts, it will show the countdown to your next workout. Also workouts don’t carry over to other builds, they all have to be done individually.

    The squats always bugs out for me. Sometimes it freezes and doesn’t let me press the button after spamming A and my player gets stuck without being able to come up

      Yea 2k is always breaking the game when they do patches some of the workouts are really bugged. Try either doing the squats in the workout room in the arena and see is it bugged in there.

      If you just created your myplayer you have to play nba games (1 or 2 maybe)with them until it is unlocked. You should get a mission to go there when you played enough games.

      Yeah if you gone fail a workout, close the game app. I would start with the hardest one for you to save on time. Battle ropes not about speed it’s consistency.

      Try not to go extremely fast and instead just try to maintain the up down input at a steady rate so the ropes don’t drop and u don’t go under 3 stars. I think u only need 100 reps to get 3.

      Try the squats on 24. They changed some of the workouts. Plus the latency is really bad on timed inputs.

      In your quick menu go over to the progression tab and go to where it says get boosts. Then look to the right side. It will show your countdown to when you can workout again.

      You can try pull ups. If you drop the ropes once you can’t get 4 stars but you only need 3 stars for the workout boost

      Depends on the body types you qualify for. Burly actually makes u huge but jacked on most builds is no different which is dumb asl

      @@j.r.w7636 the only way u can see it is by walking into the Gatorade facility, then when u get the pop up it will show u at the bottom how many stars u need for your next body type, and it will say that body type.
