Hi, I made them today and they're really good and the right consistency for tiramisu. Just one question: the doses of baking powder and baking soda are different in the video and infobox, which are the right ones? I followed the infobox and had no problems, but it's always better to ask 🙂 Thank you!
Hi Mo, I am glad it turned out well. The info box is the correct recipe. I had updated the video with subtitle to clarified the ingredients couple weeks ago. For some reason I guess its doesn't update. Thank you for still giving it a try. I am working on updating the video.:)
Simplistic Kitchen thanks a lot! I plan to do them again, the first time was an "experiment" to see if I could get something edible 😁 I definitely save the recipe among my favorites! 😎👍🙂
hi, thank you for this wonderful recipe. I love the texture when you cut the cake, which is almost same as egg version. I'm wondering if you have measurements in grams. If no, I want to transfer cup measurement to gram. Is your measurement in cup based on America or Europe? America or Europe has different result. Thank you.
Ingredients in gram: 20 g of eggs replacer (60gm) 59ml of water (243g) 240ml of soy milk 68g of cane sugar 15ml tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar 9.5g - 10g teaspoon of Baking powder 2.4g-3g teaspoon of baking soda 112g cup of oil 240g cups of all all purpose flour I hope this help! I am working on including gram measurement into my future recipe :)

How is Buttermilk Vegan?
I make my own by combining apple cider vinegar and soy milk to substitute for buttermilk. Most vegan baker use it to replace buttermilk.
