Engine noise super tenere 1200

since it had about 800 km in release and only in the rev range that goes from 2500 to about 1900 I feel a very annoying vibration, it seems to come from the engine. It is clearly a mechanical noise and not of creaking or any coupling.
The noise decreases a lot after about 15 minutes of use.
In addition, flush with the throttle with any gear at about 3500/4000 rpm you can hear a marked "fluttering" as a distribution.
The bike before these blessed 800 km did not make any noise, very quiet.

Mine is a 2014 ZE version, it sounds a bit like yours until it gets proper warmed up ( 10 minutes ), it's more noticeable in lower gears ( 2nd to 4th ) and lower revs ( 2.000 to 3.000 ). It sounds like some slack in the cam chain or clutch basket when deccelarating.

@@giuseppevitello2809 i took my bike to the mechanic and had everything checked ( mine is a 2014 model with 73.000 km ), it had all 8 valves too tight needing adjustment and the cam-chain had to be replaced as it was already too streched, the tensioner was near the limit. After all that was done, the bike is much quieter. But this will always be a noisy engine and if you have a sump-guard under the engine, it will reflect more of the engine noise back to you.

Cam chain tensioner....you need to change it and replace it with APE brand before your engine gets seriously damaged

I would like to give it a try but the bike is under warranty and I don't think I can touch it

@@purificator1004 the problem is that the mechanic say that's nrmal engine sound but i drive 5 other s10 and don't do this . I'm so disheartened

@@giuseppevitello2809 challenge them and push back their silly agument. If it is the CCT and the breakdown happens after warranty...then you would be really in a bad situation

I have the exact noise. Mine is a new 2020. Noise comes on at 4000 rpm and goes away after about 5 min of riding. I had a 2012 and it didn’t make this much racket. Now has 400 miles on it. Not sure of my next move.
