    This is a great video. Everyone talks about freezing stuff, but there's more to it than just cramming stuff into ziploc bags and then throwing them into the freezer.
    Also, that swiss chard at 1:25 is gigantic! Some of these leaves have gotta be like two feet tall!

    so what will happen if I freeze them and then cook them, what is the cooking time for two bushels, beef sausage, onion preparing and seasoning

    Why r they only good for8 months ? What if they r frozen and placed in vac sealed bag?
