As Drac and I were discovering this comical tcr jank, I came up with a theory as to why binary trigger does the weird bug when you hold m1 in-between shots:
When you fire the weapon with binary trigger, the game thinks that both shots are being fired at once, and that the second bullet is technically "travelling," which causes the second bullet to drop massively below where you are aiming. Also, if you hold it for long enough, then the second bullet will just not do any damage. My guess for this is that once the bullet "travels" for long enough, the game "despawns" the projectile on the server's side, but still generates bullet holes and hitmarkers.

A simpler way to explain what a binary trigger is: When you pull the trigger, your bullet is fired, and another is loaded. When the trigger is released, that newly loaded bullet is fired, and another bullet is loaded. It does this through the whole mag. In PF: When you click to shoot, the game counts both bullets as being shot, but should delay the second bullet for as long as you are holding click. The game is glitched so that after 1.5 seconds your second bullet fires, and doesn't register as an actual object.

man i ground the TCR for duplex/binary just because of how cool it sounded. beyond disappointed given the tar21 duplex' infamy. happy to see that god-awful conversion in the hole, but still sad that cool of a concept was scrapped.

The funny thing is, the "fastest" gun in the game actually isn't that. It's my loadout on the M4A1 with these attachments:
Comp Aimpoint
Carbine Barrel
Sideways Grip
Remove Stock
.25-45 sharps.
This gun not only has a 15.59 walkspeed, but performs really well in CQB/CQC maps.
