when changing the battery, the function "Battery status" is not supported anymore, even with an original battery. But yes - if you have a battery with 0 charging cycles, it's health will become 100% again.

I finally managed to change battery, but it's a big SUCK....Sadly I had to change lcd also...and as you know, if you DIY than you will get battery and display error messages and wether you choose a good quality display, you have to program true tone, or that won't work...
I have 2 iphone mini and learned a lot when opening it, but it is not the phone that used to be like iphone 5-6...much more complicated.

All technicians refuse to change screen sealing adhesive or give warranty on waterproof because don't want to get any complaints if water gets in. But if you replace it yourself then your phone will be waterproof again, just simple physics and logic

Exchanging the batteries between iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 13 mini is not possible.
No needs to be the exact same model.

Not that much harder than old phones. Just need a heat gun, plastic tabs and several additional screw drivers.

thanks for sharing your opinion. Yeah, Apple is kind of restrictive and don't want any non-professional to repair iPhones. To be honest: If they didn't put obstacles in the way of DIY people, the repair wouldn't be witchcraft either. Other manufacturers show how it's done.
But, the repair is still not impossible, so don't loose confident right away.
