Hello, thanks for the video, I changed the glass but I think I heated too much and now I have two new problems:
- the battery isnt working anymore (disgarge right away), this I can change it
- no more network connexion (the sim is even not detected), do you know by any chance how I could fix this? which unit I could change?
bluetooth and wi-fi are still working.

You have to go to www.injuredgadgets.com/?acc=be9b6cec65c863e1b55538d2c7fcc9b0 and find Mechanic - Blade Handle, or on the link find tools/ than laser machine /than you'll see back glass tools. Find your parts and tools there.

the glue remover is unavailable, can you share a link for another one? Also how can I get the camera rings incase they break?

I fix it has lense kits but you could probably find cheaper sets. Just compare the two to make sure the cheaper set has everything you need.
