Hey 😊...I do workouts for a minimum of 15minutes a day, six days a week. Well about diet...just Normal Kenyan food 😁🤤 I made a video on what I cooked for dinner in 5days....you can check it out just to have a picture of what our diet looks like...ooh and about the bean stew😅I know it looks a lot... right?.... Well I just pack enough... She's such such a picky eater by the way 🤠
