- This is one of the hardest jobs at the chateau! Digging the cave! We didn’t expect it to be that hard but together we keep digging and exploring interesting things at times.
We also design the Guests Suite with our Carpenter Jean Luc and we went Brocante shopping with great success!

Denise, what a find the table and chairs were. They look great on the balcony and the view is just beautiful. My son leaves for Europe on Friday and he is off to stay with my brother in Italy for 4 days but most importantly he is going to Paris as his partner has made the womens Olympic cycling team for Australia and will be riding on august 4th. We are all very excited. Looking forward to the next chapter xx

Hi Denise, don’t be afraid to use bold carpet choices especially in grand areas with huge spaces. Even pattern can be fantastic, a lot of big hotels use pattern to minimise wear and tear. You can get good ideas from other hoteliers images if ur hitting a brick wall. Huge selection…. U have great taste whatever 💛 🏰

Will you be able to have guests over the winter Denise? If not when does the guest season start and end? How many bedrooms are there in total? I know you’re having 3 for guests and the two apartments but it seems so big I wonder if there are more?! 😂
@@presley_yt We will see if we continue in winter or not. But our plan was to do so. We will have three guest suites that’s correct. :) In total there are 43 rooms (bed rooms not sure) but we don’t open them all up. Let’s keep it very boutique. 🥰

Mademoiselle Denise mentioned in a previous vlog that it was going to be a sauna. Yet I hope she answers your question because, of course, plans can change and a wine cave tasting room would be extraordinary.
