She also cleans and does tasks and has fully been genuine the whole time. She will speak up when she has a problem with someone even if they're her friend, like a true friend should.

This episode is the reason Gina deserves to win. Tells it like it is, been consistent the whole way and entertaining from beginning to end. She doesnt flip flop her personality like Dexter, she has a point of view where as Charlie has none and she isnt a bore... Sam.
the winner of the show should be whoever gets the most votes and it is up to each individual voter to make that decision based on their own criteria. you want it to be the most entertaining then vote that way..just don't assume the position to dictate the criteria for anyone else.
