    impressive man! I have been looking for splicing instructions for sterling scion. just digging around the webs right now with no luck.

      Just based on the product page I would use the Samson class 1 eyesplice instructions since it just seems like a regular double braid rope. I’d probably splice it with that without a second thought. If you haven’t standardized your double braid splice though I would advise that you have a sample break tested so you have empirical evidence that you can trust your work.

      Scion is the same construction as Tachyon isn't it?

      Yessir :) double braid, only caviat is tachyon has an inner core WITHIN the core. Keeps the rope round under tension
