I first saw your video about the resurrected dates about three years ago. I had never tasted dates in my life after I told my wife that she stopped and pick some up for me when she was at the store. Since then I always have dates in the house and I eat two every morning with my breakfast. God bless you and thank you for what you’re doing.

That was fascinating! How cool is it that she has a desert farm growing ancient fruit and herbs from biblical times, from ancient seeds! Even better that you got to taste them. You were excited about the figs she consider rejects, can you imagine how much better the chosen figs will taste. This was a great and very interesting video. Thank you both for sharing it with us.

I hope you are far away from the fires! I live in Michigan, and for the last 2 1/2 months, it is insane how much smoke has blown through here, and we are so far away from the fire! I guess its a good reminder when I see or smell the smoke to ask God to send lots of rain up north.

Oh, I have been waiting for this video for ages!!! Thank you. It must have been magical, to taste an ancient food. I have read an article, published in 1933, about a 100 yr. old Arabian Prince named, Prince Hadji Tahar ben Mohammed Cherifibn Saoud who attributed his long life to eating dates every day. He said it was the perfect food, especially food for those living in the desert. I believe him. Thank you both so much for telling this story. And many heartfelt thanks to the work that Dr. Solowey has done.

My two favorite moments of the show was when the first ancient tree 🌴 sprouted and when you showed the actual gate that Jesus passed through. Just like Jesus was resurrected so were these ancient 🌴 trees. Don't ignore The Father's hand in this resurrection of the dates. He was there then and He is here Now. Shalom Shalom everyone.✝️📖✌️💞🙏😇🌴

So when it was initially wiped out, was that the work of the devil or just The Father making a slight oversight which he later corrected?

I'm so thrilled to see you both on here. In the past you kept telling us you and your wife had been doing something really big and would be well worth the wait. YES it was well worth the wait. WOW! On the fact that this ancient seed even grew! Then when all the rare plants and trees were shown in The Perfect Atmosphere, what went through my mind was "and the Dessert shall spring forth NEW Life" and as soon as the words"Tastes like Honey" were spoken I could almost taste that. My father would at times bring home from the store a box of dates and give me and my siblings two or three dates to enjoy. It would be nice to see those back in the stores again so my daughter and grandsons could taste them as well. Thank you for sharing this.I enjoyed this very much.

I’ve read that the dates went extinct by the time of the crusades (so not 2000years…). I visited Kibbutz Ketura last year on my way from the Negev desert to Eilat. The two ladies that made this project happen are epic. Before I got to the Negev I strolled around at Masada where the seeds were actually found. I had a great time in Israel.

I think it's amazing how so often something that looks like it's dead or has no hope of revival actually does when you put God in the equation. Nothing is impossible. To think we live in a time that those who are living may see Yeshua return and He will resurrect the rest. We should never give up no matter how hopeless a situation looks because there is always a chance God will do something wonderful. He is the giver of life. You are a blessed man Sergio - Rhoda was the sweetest on this video - when she thanked Dr Soloway for the opportunity you can see just how sweet, gentle and beautiful she is. Many blessings to you both. Sending much love and big hugs from Australia!

I can’t help but wonder if Jesus ever ate a date from the tree that produced the seed Dr Solowey grew into the Judean date palm tree. Run-on sentence, I know, but I still wonder about it. And just think, when he returns he may eat from one of the trees we just saw. So cool. I hope they’ll be able to have orchards full of them soon so we all can afford to try them.

Hello Sergio & Rhoda - I have watched many of your wonderful videos. This video on dates is very informative. Your viewers should have some sincere respect for Dr. Elaine Solowey who has spent her life developing her garden of special rare plants. If no one has yet done so; you might want to suggest to Dr. Elaine Solowey to give visitors seeds from the first harvest to transplant this resurrected tree elsewhere in the world such as Florida for future survivability. The sweeter dates are the ones that have been cultivated over the years near Palm Springs, Ca. All the dates in Israel came from California other than the ones from Masada. They were bred in California since the 1920's. They originally came from the middle east but due to a disease they all died. The ones from California had to be brought back. Possibly Dr. Solowey got her experience with dates here in California.

If you decide to do this again try to do a double blind randomized test and working on what are the controlling variables. You should also consider that their might be a change on what people are thinking when they hear that they are possibly eating the rare Judean date. It might be better to just have it as a “taste test” and not let the samplers know any of the date types. I love the video and keep making interesting stuff.
