1960 കളിൽ ഇദ്ദേഹം സ്വന്തമായി ഒരു കാർ ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്തു. അന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന കാറുകളുടെ പകുതിയിൽ താഴെ വില മാത്രമേ അതിന് വരുകയുള്ളൂ. എന്നാൽ ടാക്സ് ഒഴിവാക്കി കൊടുത്താൽ മാത്രമേ അത് കമ്പോളത്തിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കു എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചു. സർക്കാർ അതിന് തയ്യാറായില്ല. പരസ്യമായി ആ കാർ നശിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചത്. ഞാൻ കോയമ്പത്തൂരിൽ കേട്ട ഒരു കഥയാണ്. ശരിയാവാൻ ആണ് സാധ്യത.😊
