6 mois de préparation physique, technique et mentale.🫡
6 mois de réflexion et parfois d’appréhension, 6 mois à essayer de comprendre pourquoi cette course est un mythe de l’Ultra endurance Américaine et Mondiale.
11 000km de vélo, plus de 150 sorties et 600h sur le vélo depuis le 1er janvier pour arriver au départ de cette Tour Divide et ses 4300km et beaucoup (beaucoup), 55 000m de dénivelé positif.
4400km et (je l’espère) un peu moins de 15 jours et 15 nuits dehors
