'Picture of Us' was the second single from Country Duo Raintown's, debut album, 'Hope in Troubled Times.'
Fresh from their recent successful performance at CMA Fest 2011, this eagerly anticipated release is the follow up to their UK & European hit "Just One Kiss" which shot to No2 in the UK Country Charts last summer.
The song describes a couple's battle to reclaim the happiness that once symbolised their relationship; portrayed, almost mockingly, by the photographs that take pride of place on their mantelpiece.
The song is laced with visual metaphors and recognises the struggle that often belies the perfect smiles and photographs we show to the world.
This well crafted ballad shows off the dynamic male/female harmonies of Bain & McArthur, which are fast becoming their signature sound. Add to that their modern take on Country Music, and it's easy to see why Raintown have been hailed as the hottest new Act in Contemporary Country music and Britain's answer to Lady Antebellum.

This is great. I am British and have been a country fan for many years, I travel to places like Nashville and Austin to enjoy the scene, but it's great to actually have a BRITISH country group. I wish you lots of luck and would love to see country music in the UK Top 40!
Love this song from the moment I heard it have ordered the Cd and the video speaks for itself I think its down to earth and simplicity that gets the message of the song to the listner. As good as any American Country Video love it to best. Hope they make big time in country BRILLIANT AND REFRESHING

This video wouldn't look out of place on CMT or GAC. It has the timeless flavours of Tim McGraw with Faith Hill in the video for "It's Your Love" back in 1997. I love it!
