Hey mate, awesome video and definitely a go to spot for some.great fishing. Like your set up too. As a qualified chef we were always told to wipe our knives down after sharpening them. Reason being is that there are small metal splinters that come off the blade when you sharpen it and they stick to the tang. Maybe an old school tip, but one I always follow. Great filleting skills too by the way. 😂
