Love these videos! Hope you keep them up for the 2-3 year old kits. Just got my first kit for my little guy (the looker kit). I plan to keep my subscription going but I’m so bummed i missed the original 1-2 year old boxes. I really hope they don’t make any more crazy changes like that by the time here’s at that age!
Awe thank you!! and congrats on your little one!! I just announced in tomorrows video I'll be doing the 2-3 year ones too! I don't think they'll make any crazy changes going forward -- when they released the 2-3 year play kits it was a pretty drastic difference from the original 1-2 yr old kits at the time (equivalent to the number of items currently offered in the 1-2 kits) - so I *think* now that they made the "value" of the toddler kits more even between those years we'll just see toy swaps versus massive cuts.
Glad I found channel. I was thinking of getting this kit but bummed when I saw they removed so much items. Might still get this kit. Keep posting these reviews, they’re really helpful!
I still think this kit is awesome. The stuff they took away were duplicates, like the large drip cups and the toddler doll. I didn't really want the things that they excluded from the new kit. However, I feel they could have added 1-2 books and possibly another toy to the updated kit.
When the package arrive how do you approach all the toys with your toddler? You give her al the toys and she select what to play with or you decide to give her 1 toy per time so that she can discover all these new things more slowly? This is not matter of after but just when all these new things arrive. Thank you for your videos, they are really interesting
I *think* I cover this in my video on independent play or in my toy rotation video, I can't remember! But in short: It depends! When she was younger (under a year) I'd introduce single items. Somewhere after a year, I started unboxing it, get everything ready to go (e.g. put water in the spray bottle, undo the puzzles and put pieces in a basket etc.) then I'd give her the box to open and just observe what she gravitated towards. See what she uses and work that into toy rotation. After watching her for a bit, I'll usually start playing with items next to her from the box that she hasn't touched yet since she REALLY likes observing others play before jumping into stuff a lot of the time.
So excited I came across you! Just started to follow and look for to watching more but. I have a random question... What is the climbing looking thing behind you? Don't even know what it is but I think I want one haha
Great videos! I am planning to subscribe to lovevery play kits. Thanks for making these videos it’s very helpful. I was wondering from where did you buy the basket is behind you?
Ikea! Same with the table above it which I HIGHLY recommend too (the flisat table - works great as a sensory table, or storage, we also take the "covers" off for playdough on the floor). I'll be doing a playroom tour this month!
Oh gosh I have them in tons of sizes! Depending on if you plan to use them with a specific toy, measuring the diameter of the toy too double check which is best! The ones I got from the shop I linked in the description are the 2.5 cm and are about 1 inch. I use those for activities mostly. Ones compatible with most lovevery toys for a drop box or push in type of activity are about 2 in/5 cm.

@@mica9708 for the value of the kit, I agree that they should have added at least 2 books or another toy, like for practical life material

I love this kit. I am only missing the animal match set for it
Me too! You shouldn't be missing that! It's still included... I'd reach out to them! Unless you're talking about the matching animal stickers?
@@confidentlymom
I get them individually through Fb marketplace
And make my kits that way so I don’t pay 80$ immediately and pay as I can
where did you get the dollhouse??
it's linked in my montessori gift guide video!
