Nobody is trading for Lebron. Everyone knows he’s at the tail end of his career. Maybe 1-2 years left. You’re either letting him walk for nothing or keeping him. Lakers obviously going to keep him. If you really want to make a move trade AD. He has more trade value then Lebron but with trading AD you most likely not getting a superstar. Just probably some solid role players and picks. So if I’m the lakers I have an untradeable superstar and a superstar that don’t give me much for the future. If I’m the lakers I keep both. Max out what I can get from them and just wait till one retires.
Good takes, I would start over, have a few down years, build through the draft from your own top picks and development good talent, then get a new star from available money, and use the picks you get for AD to get another star. If you keep the current players you stay at mediocrity for several years then you start over and don't get the extra picks for AD. I see your point though and appreciate your take.

@@GoodeSports too bad the lakers don't have much draft picks and if they do its pick swapped so it goes to the other team the better pick.
