I have to say that the cars do handle quite nicely in this standalone version. Apart from that, this game is a whole lot better on Teknoparrot, spend $6.00 on a subscription and have all the fun you could ever want. You can even save your progress via a virtual Aime Card, meaning you can have yourself a cute little avatar.

Hey, I've done everything right in the video, but when I try to open the 'Initial D The Arcade.exe' file a cmd window opens and shuts for a split second and the game doesnt boot up. What could be the problem?
Most times it is caused bu missing codex visual c or directx this should help ruclips.net/video/kNWPBMej-hk/видео.html or if you are on windows 7 and intergrated graphics cards it does not like.

@@normanburgess689You should be able to go into jconfig and in the right hand side it should saygear up and gear down you will have to map them your self double click on them with mouse and push button on controller then when done save and exit and then the buttons will work in game.
It is very hard to determin requirements as in is not a public game i can guess like it will need windows 10 or later a quad core and a around a 970 gtx but could run less.
Some of my roms are flaged as a false positive this is not one of them unless you have added some other antivirus that is a waste of money and slows down pcs windows 7 yes 10 and 11 no other antivirus is needed if you are just using windows defender add exclusion then add rar file to excluded folder than extract ruclips.net/video/QEfVsN8BAXE/видео.html

6 quid a game if you want all the games at one time it is a complete rip off so if you played for a year it would cost more than a tripple A game.
