Wonderful, thank you. Love the Cuban influence to the tutu and the slight ‘twerks’ to the choreography! So incredible. The first time I saw Carlos was on the Prix de Lausanne. Thought then he’d go far. Perhaps further than anyone ( even himself) expected. His old teacher when he first started, what a wonderful lady she was. 🩰🩰🩰🩰👍👍👵🇦🇺
Yes, Cheri was amazing, the teacher to every Cuban dancer who has made an international career. She was the pillar of the Cuban school, it is a great loss. I had the privilege to see a few rehearsals with her, which were very insightful.
