Nice one Dave. I just gave this a 5 min play and the 1st try my wife was watching and said she liked it. I did too. This was fun and I did get some results I liked enough to share. Now that I messed with it I have to re-watch your vid later to see what I didn't understand before. Thanks - Tim

Thank you for this excellent tutorial. I can't wait to try this. I appreciate your teaching style of explaining what each button does and how to get out of choices. So many instructors explain the buttons/choices but not how to get out. Also appreciate your showing more than one photo and process.thanks again.

Loved this one! Not having your artistic vision or knowledge, I would love to see another video of how you select other styles to add. And also some examples on other types of images, like landscape, etc. Also, is there anything to simulate the Impression filter in Topaz Studio 2? Very inspiring!! As usual, thanks so much, Dave!

Dave I am too lazy to try this myself so will ask. Once you got to your final result, did you try adjusting the opacity of the two layers back in Photoshop? Or even using a mask and adjusting the opacity on only the bird for example? Always enjoy your videos.

Dave - know this is not totally related to this video; however, it is in a way since my question is about Topaz Impression 2 - I have Impressions 2 stand alone application and it does work with my iMac with an M1 chip running OS 14.1.2, the problem I have is that I don't' have the plugin for PS CC 2024. Do you know where I can find the plugin so I can use is as a plugin in PS. Thanks in advance for your help. - Michael

Michael do you mean Topaz Studio 2? TS2 should run as a Stand Alone App on your M1 but you can also use it as a Photoshop Plugin but you need to run Photoshop in Rosetta Mode to make it show up. You can do an internet search on Rosetta Mode. It is not hard to change and you can always change it back to not using Rosetta mode.
If you were referring to Impression 2 I am not sure but there is a good chance it will work if you run Photoshop in Rosetta Mode.

Meant Impressions 2 and did find that I have to run, as you said, in Rosetta mode. This means I can’t use some PSCC 2024 that won’t run in the Rosetta mode, thank you for your response
