I'm wondering if the scans were actually done while she was trading. If not , those would be really interesting to me, scan while there is actual skin in the game, not just hypothetical questions. All in all, very interesting. I've watched several of her you tube videos, and they are very in-depth analysis, much more than I would do. On that note, Kathy does the heavy lifting, while I just glean a nugget or 2. I've a been an x-ray quality pipeline welder in the oilfields for 50 years, with blueprint reading and problem solving almost all my life. I find trading to be exciting and challenging, and much less dangerous, lol . I'm a good trader, not necessarily a great trader. So, that is probably the major difference between a great trader and the rest of us folks. Thank you for shedding a light on yet another aspect of trading....just what I needed. ☺
Really interesting analysis on the mode of thinking of traders. Alongside this the WSJ just did a report on how trading houses encourage poker playing amongst its traders to test their rationale
Takeaway: desensitize your reward pathway for levels of risks and potential rewards. Use logical and rational thinking instead. And follow a methodical approach to avoid emotions involved in trading which may hold you back.
Facinating. I have followed Kathy Lien for years.Genius is difficult to quantify.
You mean genius. Genus is how biologists classify living things into groups based on shared characteristics.

Great episode. Emotionless trading is good trading, have a plan, be matter of fact, and take the profits.

Trading is a global 🌎 poker & chess game that is executed thru a long/short auction system (order flow thru bid/ask). Dynamic profession 💎.

Cathy was the genius in the room...she needed someone in her diamention of thought to be in the interview

A naturally born trader..Very rare...
Key takeaway, it’s second nature
