It is a fake British accent though. Each region in the U.K. has its own accent. The London,Liverpool,Newcastle,Manchester,Birmingham,Leeds areas all have their own different accents. I think that accents give people identity that they should be proud of. This reporter has probably had elocution lessons. I can honestly say that I've never met anyone who talks like her.
