This is very simple, u can understand it very easily. The calculation is take by the first day of lady's last cycle before conception and if the menstrual cycle is of 28 days you will ovulate in between most probably on 14th day from the day of ur last cycle's first day . When egg releases and sperm meets that time exactly conception happens . So you should reduce atleast fifteen days that will be ur actual fetus age according to ultrasound .
