Hey mate, thanks for watching! Yes, the clutch cable is still required for the drive clutch. The centrifugal clutch replaces the cutter clutch so you can forego the clutch lever and clutch bracket.
Gday my scotty is all together and running but it doesn’t seem to want to be pulled backwards the back roller stops do you know what I need to fix. Thankyou
Hey mate--should be an easy fix: either the intermediate clutch operating bolt is too tight or the bottom chain is too loose and buckling when you pull back. Check the operating bolt first as it's easier to deal with (it's the long bolt that passes through the centre of your drive clutch assembly)
@@lureid3055 it's possible... have you run out of room to adjust? Remember you want to be pulling up and back to tension both chains at once. The intermediate drive clutch assembly should be sliding on the two bolts that hold it to the side of the mower while also pivoting on the top bolt. Then you've just got to lock it all in with your third hand! 😅
lol “few swear words”. Can relate. Thanks for the video much appreciated.
So here i am on a Friday night having a Beer and watching your Video
Good times Mate
Good to have you back mate! 😍
Hey! Great videos! Just wondering if the clutch cable is still required where a centrifugal clutch is used instead of the standard one?

@@LoveLarn is it possible the chain has stretched and is too loose? As it grabs when is pulled back and realises when is pushed forward?
Cheers
