I made the mistake of getting the Locky BB in rose poudre. I accidentally wore it crossbody with jeans and got color transfer. That was the 2nd time using the bag. You definitely made the better choice going for black. If you really want the Alma bb in monogram, you can always get the World Tour version without any stickers. You can get black leather rather than vachetta and it comes with red lining. It's about $400 more but it might be worth it. :)

Hi Amber, you can get a bottle of glass & stainless steel protection for your gold hardware so it doesn't tarnish. I brought mine from a doors & knobs store but I'm pretty sure a hardware store should have it.

I have the pochette metis in monogram empreinte & recently bought the Alma bb in epi leather. I love them so much. Versatile & classy bags! If you don’t want the Alma in monogram canvas, I highly recommend the epi version. It’s so light and you can dress up or down.

Yes, and in other countries, especially European countries, many people still carry change and prefer cash over credit cards.
In Germany, we certainly do 😉! I don't even have a credit card, just EC card. Unfortunately, some retailers only accept credit cards, but I also have seen it the other way around, some smaller stores only accept cash 😊.
Or paying for a bus ticket: they don't accept cards at all, are not very fond of notes, and only are happy if you have coins to pay 😉...
