    39:30 this is very long and lengthy method sir
    if you just do
    wavelenth in water = wavelength in air / refractive index of water
    then you will get your answer kyuki agar air mai agar wavelenth lembda hai too kisi medium mai jakar uska wavelenth lembda/ refractive index of that medium hojayegi
    and IN 1:07:00 agar sir app yahan pr
    net intensirty = i1 + i2 + 2√i1i2 cos(fie)
    ka formula use krte too humee approximate krne ki jarurat nhi padti and jaldi bhi solve hojata
    kyuki cos(pie/4) = 1/√2 hojata
    and we know young double slit experiment mai i1=i2 hota hai
    hence sir apne lengthy method use kiya hai wapas dono questions mi

      No the formula is correct he used the destructive interference formula of diffraction here because u need to get the distance of the x value till the first destructive interference it's how we also derived width of central maxima

    39:47 its wrong first we have to find speed of light in water which is 2.26.10^8 and then use it to find wavelength which will be 444.007nm

      Not wrong, he divided the speed of light 3x10^8 by the refractive index of water which is 4/3 which gives the speed of light in water. (v = c/RI (water))

      Because wavelength changes with the medium. The solution Sir had given is quite complicate you can simply divide the wavelength by the refractive index of the given medium because we know that wavelength changes with the medium. You can use this formula as well, New wavelength = Given wavelength/ refractive index of the medium.

    (2n+1)lambda/2 bataya tha aapne one shot me.

      both cases are correct (2n+1) and (2n-1) coz both cases mai odd no aata hai, but for such questions consider taking (2n-1) bc for this case n=1, 2,3 but for (2n+1) n=0,1,2,3 toh agar youre taking the latter which is (2n+1) make sure to reduce the value of n by 1 kyunki is case mai we also take in account the zero.
      in short ,
      (2n-1) le rahe ho toh n ki value wahi rakho jo question mai hai and agar (2n+1) le rahe ho toh n ki value mai se 1 subtract karke daal lo. hope that helps

      @@snehapaul12125 its the same thing,in case of 2n+1,for the third fringe for example, the solution will 3.5 lemda,then your answer is 3rd fringe ......but in the case of 2n-1 lemda/2,for 3rd fringe,the solution would be 2.5lemda,then we have to conclude that our fringe would be 3rd one [in case of ydse destructive interference] you can use which every expression you want to,but 2n-1 is kinda recommended

      @Ayushi_.072 according to me in past few years cbse is making a great level of conceptual questions in board exam main focus of cbse is on students clarity towards topics and in other side isc is on its same pattern so cbse is more tough acc to my experience of class 12.
