@@angelgmedina4790 Since the current gen Maddens were on PC when all the scenario upgrade dev trait stuff was released, we know a lot of exactly what triggers getting a dev trait at the end of the season because these games have been data mined
You pretty much need to be top 5 in yards and TD for your position to be guaranteed an upgrade at the end of the season. You can also be top 5 in tackles, sacks OR INT. RB counts rushing and recieving stats together.
If you're like top 1 in TD and 8th in yards, it will weight you vs other players that have more yards and see who gets the dev trait based on overall stats. There is a spreadsheet you can find on operationsports that covers this
It’s cause he changed his position to HB. Madden cares more about rush yds and tds over receiving cause of that.
Rashad Reese deserves at least Star Dev. If he doesn't get it by the end of the season, you should manually change it.

Exactly he's been a star player, but I think it's because he's a backup. They usually don't get breakout scenarios if they aren't starters on the field.

If you really trying to upgrade speed on defense , the slot upgrade for CBs and the hybrid upgrade for Safeties give you the best chance to get a speed upgrade

Frfr I wouldn’t switch no sliders your team is getting better, getting morale and just feeling better just wait til the end of the season to decide unless you face good/great teams and it’s not close. Also for the okawah situation just have him as a rush end and not starting LOLB then have whoever you want as that position

I boosted my sliders every time I blew a team out but then it just got too silly. You have a good tm, so you're supposed to house SOME teams. I totally agree that if you start stringing together uncompetitive games, boost the sliders, but you've definitely taken enough beatings that I feel like it's still presenting enough of a challenge.

Your success is my success...played this in the background while playing OOTP 22. Swept the Indians in September 2022 with outstanding performances from rookies Braden Shewmake and Korean phenom Jung-Hoo Lee. Will play your vids during all my OOTP now.
I think part of the reason the run blocking and stuff has been so good recently is due to the early game momentum that you’ve built in these games. As one of your momentum abilities/boosts is improved blocking.
I agree with lowering run blocking a little bit also remember they had -5 play Rec which has probably a good bit to do with the easy running this game
I would be using Soto as a focus player during weekly training to continue to grow him. Can’t hurt at all, will only increase his value + stats

Day 12 of asking Bengal to do a breakdown of the various different roles of each position. Offensively, X vs slot receivers, but probably more in depth for defense, with the different d line techs, and Will, Sam, and Mike LBs, and boundary vs slot corners. Maybe include the "prototypical" NFL player who embodies the various spots on the field. Love the vids and analysis!

To make it more realistic, when you throw to a receiver you shouldn’t possession catch or aggressive catch to make the ratings play for themselves. Same thing on defense when u switch onto a different player
