While the total budget of delhi is spprox 76 thousand CR. HOW would he manage other expenses when 70 percent of budget would be spent on monthly payout. I think it is a googly to win election after that he would say there is no money or centre is not paying. You opinion on this matter please

Hello Sir,
I am 45 years old and have around Rs. 50L and i intend to invest this in a FD for 10 yrs at 7% ROI which i can then encash at maturity. Based on the FD calculator available online, it indicates a return of more than 80L overall. This will be utilized for my 2 kids college education expenses.
Do you think this is a good strategy or should i still consider to invest this bulk money in your smallcase such as Top 10.
