Honestly his AI in this scene is actually pretty good, then again it’s a very linear chase meaning the AI doesn’t necessarily need to be complex to be effective
From what i gathered, he's just locked to tails and if he's too far away, will do the lunge. But he's not too overpowered to where he can just zoom into you, he's running on ice kinda with how he slips by. And if he touches a car it gets flung, the after you cross the line at the finish he goes into the "seizure" state
