- We have never been on a Disney cruise before so this was the first time I ever got to watch it! WE had an amazing time on the Disney Wonder, easily one of the top cruises we have been on!! Highly recommended, I hope you enjoy!
Are you planning on going on another Disney cruise? We have only been on DCL (3x) and wanted to try other lines that would at least come close. Which would you recommend? We are also a couple in our 30's, but have a young child in first grade.
Classy wise I would suggest Celebrity or the new Princess ships (Not the older ones). Family fun wise go on Royal Caribbean or Carnival. Now, none will come close to how over the top Disney does cruises but it will save you hundreds per person which you can spend on board or on excursions off of the ship.

Secretly I was hoping you'd say Royal or Princess was just as good. Disney is very expensive that's for sure. I guess for good reason...
kikky811 no problem, disney is by far the best of all but you are correct, you will pay far more for those better amenities in comparison to the others. As long as you don't hate the fact that it's not Disney, you will be just fine!
