    Following this simple process eliminated the wobble that my brand new, just out of the box wet saw had. Mr. John Roland a very BIG thank you to you and your Highland Park Lapidary video helper sir! This brilliantly concise demonstration reveals and solves the most common root cause(s) of blade wobble, which saved me (and others around me) a lot of valuable time. A link to this video should be on the support pages of every saw, grinder, and blade manufacturer. As it would save their customers and customer support staff a whole lot of time too! Based on the over 74K views I wish I could like this 74,000 more times (for all the others that viewed and benefitted, but didn't make time to re-visit and say so. For them I also say "Thank you!")

    Never would have thought that it could be that. I was already about to take apart my saws motor. I over look it and would of been days at working at it, over thinking it...ha Thanx

    Thank you. Your video made me look closer at my 10" miter saw. The blade was wobbly. I checked the blade its flat. I then took off the flange & cleaned all the sawdust off the flange & everything else. Then reinstalled the blade. No more wobble. Thanks again..

    Bro... thank you soooooo much... I could not find the issue and sure enough there was a gouge in between the blade and flange that caused some metal (very tiny) to build up...

    Having a wobble type issue with a job site saw that I can't figure out. Seems to be running straight until I feed it wood and then it want to vibrate and widen the cut out. Doesn't seem to matter what type of wood either. I'm sure it's something simple but sure frustrating

      Travis, you may want to swap out the blade and see if that makes a difference. Also check the bearings on the arbor of your saw and see if they sound quiet and are smooth when you turn the blade arbor.

    What do you do when the nut comes.loose on a wetsaw when in use.

    • @HighlandParkLapidary
      @HighlandParkLapidary  Год назад

      It should not come loose unless the motor is rotating backward (causing the nut to unscrew) or the nut and shaft are worn or do not have tight thread engagement.

    Nope blade is not running nice and true - its either the arbor or the bent blade.
