Keep them Clean Jon I drove a 1983 Mack DM 685 SX with a 31 yard leach rear packer # 16 she was the cleanest garbage truck on the road and in the yard every Saturday when I was done with route she was washed waxed tire black applied interior cleaned the packer body cleaned
It always tickles me how all the measurements their are in metric but you'll still hear them use "inches" or "miles on occasion too. Yay for our Imperial system.
Old Bulldog Macks the best truck ever made I drove all Mack’s B81 R-RD tin nose DM 6-800 U MR CL SuperDog there is nothing like an old mechanical Mack truck
This is a bit different load. I have seen a few locos on trailers and they always take the wheels/trucks off to lower the center of gravity. I see the trucks are off but these locos are still very top-heavy looking.
Only problem i have with this truck show is u basically ran it u had a heap of trucks a film crew and a big company and a tv show behind them i think to say the judges r biased might b a fair comment. But in saying that i love J.K hes a legend and his trucks r kickass awesome rigs some of the best trucks ive ever seen worldwide so he deserves to win i just feel the judges might feel like they had to turn it on. And to the karens before u start im not suggesting in anyway shape or form little yellow envelopes being passed around under the table at all or any incentives or persuasions where offered or implied!!! Just my 2cents. And J.K is the man when it comes to trucks

Their rigs are absolute beasts! Do you have a specific truck yo want to drive?
i love driving thru toowoomba range. so nice thru there
It's a lovely route for a relaxing drive but the most stressful drive for a oversized load!
I would like to see John start HHA back up again. That was a class heavy haulage act.
He is a legend of a truck driver! Definitely made his mark in the Aussie trucking industry!
@@UltimateTruckers with his shiny trucks.
He actually has been in that process for a while from what I heard
I bet. No one like that guy. Jon.
Good job bro
I'll tell you what, these days a drone is just the ticket to see whats way ahead of where you are.

Its only when they need to be precise they'll whip out the metric hahaha

Truckers have so many crazy tips and tricks! Do you know of any other tricks of the trade?
I need More vidoes 2 videos a week for this
You can't get enough hey?
I thinks the Volvo Truck leads the way…
You certainly have a good opinion there! What makes you choose a Volvo truck over a Mack or Kenworth?

Phoenix
@@CrazyWhiteVanDriver he did went bankrupt but he did restart the company with different name
Man the guy chaining the train down shouldn't go to the pub untill he learns how to chain down... never use a dog hook directly to float.
Done it plenty of times without drama. As have thousands of others.
I personally wouldn’t do it, but I cannot see a problem with it being done that way. Seen plenty of blokes do it that way.
Floats are built to handle it - but it also comes down to angles
Thats wat the holes are for and as old mate said its all about angles! Did u notice the way ur precious hook was?
😂😂😂 wtf are you talking about.
Are you still in business. I heard you were not. If not remember Crome is great but it doesn’t get you home
