I've only just found your channel and omg I wish I had found it sooner, the amount of jiggery pokery I do making my buildings is breathtaking at times and I've got a few builds I will be uploading soon. So glad I found you, I've done 36 of your fallout builds so far, knew a fair amount, learnt so much more, thanks for your time and patience showing plebs like me how to use rugs and pillars, can't believe I didn't source the knowledge sooner!
You may have already covered this in a video I haven't watched yet, so apologies if this is old news, but the Vault Windows can be used as barriers and railings, they stand on their own, will mesh together and the rectangle one is a perfect railing height. I use the the big round ones as features and barriers too. Also the atrium floor is like the red shelf in the sims, it can be used to mesh all non snapping materials to other structure types, thus mixing and matching vault walls with nice wood floors or concrete, whereby they wont mix usually.
I tend to use mods, but pop on over here every once in a while because of how creative you are, coming up with ideas that I'd never have thought to use due to saturating of mods
I love the fact your still going strong with Fallout! I love your videos and you have a fantastic voice, you always sounds happy and I feel like your smiling as you talk. Maybe it's just your voice but you sound very joyful. You should do another channel like the top 10 channels because you would get allot of subscribers because of how happy sounding you are. Keep up the amazing work!!
Really appreciate it Saraphiene. I don't know if I could handle another channel though. I can barely keep up with this one. LOL. But thanks for the vote of confidence.
Great way of working around with doors and door frame and creating your own doorframe. I never thought that you could do this. Another great video created by the skooled zone.
Aside from your creative building ideas, I am also major encouraged when you show how sometimes the building process is a struggle. So I figure if YOU struggle, I feel better about my own struggles. I was trying to glitch market counters inside the long wooden counter at Covenant, and it was so frustrating I gave up at one point. Then I came back the next day a bit more chilled out, and I finally succeeded. Sometimes it is just a trial-and-error process, and every time you fail and try a different approach, you learn something. Thanks for being a shining light in the darkness, bro, you are an inspiration.
If you don’t want broken windows use a half wall from Warehouse or barn set then add a glass half wall on top of it not the best for getting a view but good for getting light into a building also if you want a full glass window with no trim stack 2 half glass walls on top one another which adds a great view and really good lighting
Just a quick note about your little "man cave". The exercise and gaming loft you have built absolutely will attract settlers while they are sandboxing. The weight bench and pommel horse are interactable.
When I first saw the "Dorm" in one of your other videos, I thought that it was pre-built in the game. Imagined how suprised I was to see that it was built entirely by use workshop. Amazing!
The method I use to make the vanilla non DLC doors open in the other direction would also work for your double doors. The method is to set it in the open position. Basically you want one door in the closed position and the other door in the open position but the open one is turned 90 degrees so they both line up when you glitch them together. There are a couple issues with doing this however. One of the doors will read "close" when it should read open and the hinges on the door can look a bit funky since it is in the wrong position relative to it's original intended position. The hinges are quite small so it's not really too noticeable. I like to use doors and paintings in ways they were not intended. Here is the method I use to line rows of them up very straight. Place two short power pylons and run a wire. Group select your first door and line it up where the wire is just entering across the surface of the door. Now do the same with the second one. It's a pretty surefire method to lining them up. You can stand dead straight in front of them to make sure the height and door gap is perfect.
Yeah, I thought about the 90 degree trick but decided against it because of the awkwardness. However, your wire tip for lining things up is golden! Primarily because the wires won't get selected in a group select adjustment. So I will definitely feature that in the next Miscellaneous tips video. Look out for your name in the description of that one too. ;-)
The wire works good with the doors because they are "squishy" Some items have more solid collision properties and don't work as well. When lining up objects that are firmer there are other workarounds.
Quick tip, if you don't like the broken windows from the Barn set, use the unbroken full window wall from the Warehouse set, then glitch the Barn broken windowed wall on top of it.
Thanks Love the videos. I also found out you can populate a garden plot. Then pillar glitch multiple plots together and they stay together like the rug glitch. You can even pillar glitch crops into the ground so corn doesn't float anymore. I populated a single garden plot space with 8 melons. You should try it.
LOL Paul. I would normally start out doing this the same way you did. But, it just occurred to me (since I'm out of the loop and no longer play this game), that instead of lining up the two doors without the frames, wouldn't it be easier to take the warehouse or barn doorways and glitch them together. That way, you can line up the frames better, using the walls as your guide. I haven't tried this yet, but I think you would have to place the doorway and then put your first door in it, and then glitch the second doorway into the first doorway wall. And I'm guessing, in order to snap the second door, you would have to remove the first doorway frame. If you do it this way, the doors will be more precisely aligned and you wouldn't have to figit with the alignment of the door by itself. Just a thought : )
You can sometimes change the direction of a door by placing it in the frame from another rear of the frame rather than the front. Now it doesn't always happen with every door, but some like the more screen door one you can play around by rotating the door and/or placing it from either the front of the frame or the rear. I've played around with a fair few doors and frames trying to adjust how a door opens.
Yes, I've noticed the metal screen door can switch the handle sides and still open inward. But I haven't been able to do that with the other wood doors.
At the point in the Vid (Boxcar) where you were deciding how to frame it, I was like a little kid in school..."I Know, I Know" *Raises hand* Lol. Awesome vid like all of yours. You're the only FO4 YT'er I've ever subscribed to. It's entertaining to watch you deal with all the little glitches we all face and keep that in the vids. Mods are fine for those who want to but I also choose to go 'No Mods' and the fact in one of the earliest vids you said "Pick up EVERYTHING" ...YES !! Hello, Strong Back perk. Keep up the great work and I just wished I found all your vids BEFORE I pretty much completed my settlements. :D
Paul what about the back right of your dorm room? If you put even a single door there then you would have access to the steps going down to class rather than having to go around? Plus where you have those double doors that looks like the entrance to the whole settlement .. Loved the video though 😁😁
I find your lessons fascinating, but I do wish you had numbered them! It would have made it far easier to find them again when you refer to previous builds - you would have been able to say "See lesson X" ('X' being the number of that lesson). I want to find the wiring glitch one and I'm going to have to spend a while looking for it... But I will. :)
Actually I do sort of number them. See the Nixie lights at the beginning of the videos? That indicates the number of the video in the series. I also include an easy link list in the description, but here it is again: SkooledZone.com/nomods
Yes, I had seen the Nixie numbers but you have to open the videos to see them. Putting them in the title as well would have helped I think. However... having said that, thanks for the easy link - I must confess I hadn't spotted that before. I'm going to 'favourite' that page now so I've always got it handy! :)
Interesting note about the size limit glitch, I was working on a settlement and used it dropping throwables and mines and when I retrieved them there was 10 water in the settlement inventory so I took it as well, I did this 6 times and every time there was another 10 water, in a matter of minutes I ended up with an extra 60 waters. I use water like money so this was a good thing. So for some reason when you do this glitch you can duplicate water for some reason (wonder if it works for other items?!?).
I have one more suggestion, fixing Croup Mansion with a suggestion if possible placing an armor rack or power armor on the broken pillar/statue to be the statue.
I built a playlist on Amazon music. It looks like I can't share every song, but here's a link. music.amazon.com/user-playlists/863abd0f21a04101a876851c8af70c91sune?ref=dm_sh_ce34-a22f-9af7-4400-cff4d
That's really cool cnpitts! I've got your playlist bookmarked. Just figured out how to shuffle the songs too. You should post this on the Skooled Zone subreddit and crowdsource suggestions for more songs!
Don't know if this still works but when you go to the Museum Part of the Jamaica Plain area and when you start disarming the laser trip wires you get resources for everyone you disarm what you do is then just disarm the laser trip wires and then go back out of that cell and then when you go back into the cell all the laser trip wires will be back and you just repeat and you will end up with lots of Crystal and fiber optics and steel don't know if it's a glitch or game mechanics or if it still works
Oh wow even though this video isn't about it and if you haven't already made one you just gave me the idea with those short stairs to make a multi layered room inside a house. Well a couple idea's like one side of the house might be slightly raised higher or the other idea where it's just the entrance that's slightly raised and the small steps you used is what brings the room together. But doing this of course comes the problems with the wall levels unless you just make some of the center area in the room slightly higher for like a dance floor thing?
Hope it is in the new slocum and arcade packs. I just got those. Love the self closing doors idea. Be nice to have lockable doors too or why else am I carrying around all these keys. :)
I know these are somewhat old but i hope you haven't (or have) found the way to get into the buildings in Hangman's Alley... I've set a basic pathway and little lower room inside them but haven't fleshed them out ( I tried to make the alley itself better) but there was one section of wall i cant place for "reasons" *flashbacks* Well thanks for this series the info is great and your settlements are amazing!
The reason your doors were glitching is because you spun the red one for an example when you were explaining that you hadn't figured out how to make doors reverse-able, then when you got your other wooden ones out, you hadn't spun it back to it's original position which then caused it to glitch and not snap.
Paul I have been watching all your videos again and I noticed something about your sneak character that I wanted to mention and I didn't know where else to post it. I noticed your sneak modifier is 4.0x. You can increase that another 15% with silenced weapons I believe by raising Deacons affinity to you. I can't remember the name of his perk. Thank for all you do love the videos.
You're right, but I think Deacon needs to be traveling with you for it to be on. Since I usually travel with Cait, I wouldn't benefit from it. Here's a funny example of why I don't travel with Deacon (lol)... ruclips.net/video/JRmkZidF2w4/видео.htmlm53s
Lol and he is supposed to be the stealth companion. I had forgotten about that episode. Been a long time. I did some research. The companion perks stay activated once earned even if you dismiss the companion. My sneak multiplier is 4.8x with silenced weapons. Also the multiplier is calculated oddly based on when you take Sandman, Ninja, and Cloak and Dagger (Deacon's). In your case Deacon's perk is only going to raise yours to 4.4x. Because you alfeady have Sandman 3 and Ninja 3. The multiplier used to be 6.3x before patch 1.4. Guess they thought that was OP. Thank you again.
Hey thanks Kevin. If it's true that companion perks stay on even when they're not traveling with you then I'll definitely go ahead and finish Deacon's side quest. Might as well, right? Appreciate the tip!
I would take advantage of the glitching and take that into account and instead of going typical make it weird and surreal. It could be creepy, weird and otherworldly, or even humorous like something Douglas Adams would come up with, just an idea.
Great idea! I might do that at another one of the suggested settlements. For this one, I wanted to keep it simple just to show viewers it was possible.
I've had settlers teleport through walls and areas which should have been "Safe" like your room in Jamaica Plains when the settlement is under attack. Because of this I only use The Mechanists lair with no settlers as the only place I store my important things.
Probably way late but I usually use the half glass walls from warehouse and the wooden half walls from barn and make my own windowed walls that are unbroken
I haven't tried it yet but have you tried putting in vault building pieces in the room? I ask because you can make an underground vault by putting vault pieces and you wont get the stuttering and disappearing.
I have a figured out how to make proper automated door with pressure switches and logic gates. They open and stay open when you stand on the plate, and stay open for set amount of seconds after stepping away (so it's not simple connection through the pressure switch). Anybody interested? It's aesthetically crude, so maybe our prof here at Skooled Zone could use it for some more sophisticated build. I can make a short tutorial vid.
Very cool. In fact, next month I'll be doing my deep dive video on Logic Gates and will be using an automated door as an example. So stay tuned for that!
It would be neat to see a structure built in that spot by using the shape of the stone walls there and placing building walls right behind the stone walls. So it looks like the walls were built around and against the building while the building fills in the open space inside the stone walls. Also where can I find that location ?
One you have local leader, select a settler with no job using the workshop menu. One of the options will be Supply. Assign the settlement you want the settler to make the supply route and the rest is done automatically.
I'm sitting here in class waiting for the big ESO update to start but I'd rather it were Fallout 4. My common phrase during these videos is "You can do that?!"
When you can't place a door in a door frame, turn the door around. Just means the door is coming out the way you previously turned it so every door you pull out till you close that category. In this video you turned the door around once then couldn't place them. Then later you turned the door frame backwards so new doors were coming out facing forward thus not aligning.
That glitchy background of the house is super scary. I like it but with that much glitchiness I couldn't build it. But you mentioned you didn't add any interactibles but the chair and couch are interactible.
It's funny to me how group selecting works it's almost completely random I swear sometimes you can be so close trying to get the group select to even work when the item is directly in front of you, other times you just lifted your whole fucking house in the air😂
I love you vids thank you for all your no mods building. I have a couple suggestions for building. I have tried to merge the windows because I was trying to put windows at Red Rocket, and they aren't long enough. Best I've done is get two windows merged into Red Rocket and covered the rest of the hole with a half cement wall. I was wondering if you could merge windows together to cover the whole length. And I have tried to add a garage door for nuka world red rocket but have been unsuccessful. Then a minor question, how do you keep the settlers and companions knocking over the things you set on shelves and tables.
Settlers will still knock stuff over. So I actually wait until the last minute to decorate before I show it off. Hopefully in Fallout 5 they will make decor more steady.
Does anyone know a way to build a house with protection from radstormes? I've tried everything available to me so far, including making one inside of another one. Still get fried whenever they hit.
Don't think there's a way, tbh. Sometimes if you're inside a completely enclosed area in the most enclosed spot, you won't get any rads, but 99% of the time, you'll get at least a bit.
Christopher William Thanks. I was hoping maybe one of the Picket Fence magazines would add the option of something like the military bunkers you find near checkpoints.
Yeah, the radstorms go through everything, even concrete/metal buildings. Well except for Home Plate in Diamond City. However, you could always have a decontamination arch handy like the one I placed in my UFO: ruclips.net/video/5zJH11pjWEU/видео.htmlm12s
@Skooled Zone, (or anyone else) I've been trying to build a base that is 4 floors tall with a roof, but it seems I can only build walls on the fourth floor and NO roof. How are you guys building soo high without mods? I am using an elevator, is that possibly limiting me?
No... Too eratic graphic-wise... Moving around in this place is giving me a headache... The work you've done as always is well done but having wall's floors and features appearing and disappearing would really get on my nerves. The double doors content is nicely instructive.. And here I thought that the art of manical obsessive attention to detail was a lost art!... Good fun sir..good fun.
Where did you get the animated "sparring" dummy? I know it's not a mod, so...? I have a feeling it's from one of the DLCs. 🤔 Ok, don't tell me where. Just how easy is it to get without too much spoilers? I'm still working on Far Harbor, almost done. Then Automatron next, then Nuka World. Just asking, cause some rewards you can miss out on if you don't do the quest just right.
AndrewWasHere 82 Keep reading if you care about unlocking all companion perks and keeping all companions To unlock the raider settlement items you can loose Preston Garvey as a companion and he will NEVER talk to you again, This can be avoided if you never helped him, complete the Nuka World DLC, then help him but only if you choose the “Good” ending I did not know this when I played the DLC and lost him and never got his perk
JosephR1018 Not sure if I will side with the raiders. I'm playing a morally good character right now. Also, ironically, I don't use Preston. Don't really care about him. Left him in Sanctuary and only talk to him for quests. I should use him tho, make him help out, at least with the quests he gives...
Is Preston the only companion you can lose from the Nuka World DLC? And/or can I still unlock the raider items and keep him IF I decide to kill all the raiders, free their slaves? I did do the very first NW quest, defeating the Overboss. Just so I could watch Paul's trivia on it. Saw that guy from the beginning as a slave. So I'm assuming I can free him and everyone if I kill the raiders at the end...
i have been building in sanctuary but no bar stalls are in the buildable menu. I have the perks and everything but they are not even appearing under the trader section. Anyone know a fix?
Found an even cooler way into the closed house. Check out the beginning of this video: ruclips.net/video/jJ6zEqaSAeQ/видео.html
i love the intro music, is that from Breaking Bad ? lol
how do you stop things from flying all over the show? like if someone farts, decorations just fly off onto the floor and whatnot.

Agreed, his videos show the potential of FO4 without mods. Something I wouldn't have known if I hadn't stumbled onto the channel.
Primus Daibhidh there was a time when I didn't need mods I had all the dlc and life was good Sony deleted me and so I lost em all
Charizard Life
Wtheck, how did Sony delete you?

PS as far as a RUclipsr that does videos on Fallout 4 you are in the top 5 definitely I learn the most from you keep up the great job
Really appreciate that Lt Turner!

Totally. I did some interesting things with garden plots in my Vault 42 build, like use them for statue settings and decorative displays.
IM BACK! You probably don't remember me but I use to comment on all of your videos. And I'm proud of how much you've grown.
I do remember you. People who comment a lot stand out to RUclipsrs.
Thank you for making this video for us to help us make our own special touch to fallout for us thank you
👌
this room is like an homage to all of bethesdas glitchiness!
rofl he shoulda made it into a shrine ... shrine of the endless glitch !
Do you know actually that you still get likes and subscribers because of this series? Great work! Absolutely helpful. I use a lot of your techniques.
Yes, absolutely. The lessons do better than my walkthroughs actually. Glad it's helpful. :)
Fantastic.
This is the kinda thing I was really looking forward to.

Super appreciate your videos! Been playing for years and still learn new stuff from you.
Hey Paul. I got all the DLC on the console edition. Consider all your no mod shop class videos amazing. I'm going to be going back to some. 👍🏼
Right on!
You can sometimes change the direction of a door by placing it in the frame from another rear of the frame rather than the front. Awesome video as always thanks i'm hopeless at buildings so i just build 3 floor big concrete one's with flat roof's
The house that you fixed up that you had to fast travel into is like being in another dimension. It's pretty weird, but very cool.
My thoughts exactly.
I had forgotten all about the box car doors and I've been playing this since the game came
At the point in the Vid (Boxcar) where you were deciding how to frame it, I was like a little kid in school..."I Know, I Know" *Raises hand* Lol. Awesome vid like all of yours. Great idea Chris. I did that for the next video. Stay tuned! 👍
Will try this in my drive in settlement. Sunk concrete floors down to cover up the water there so I have a fat area to work with.
Dirty Dave Productions How do you deal with the Rads from the radioactive waste in the water?
Grayson Campbell , you should be able to just scrap all that stuff, and collect it as radioactive material for building.
Honestly I've been thinking about double doors for awhile and wondered why Bethesda didn't put them in one of the DLCs
Same reason they didn't add proper metal parts... they dumb
Love the show, but wanted to let you know settlers can spawn in there with the bench press and tumbler in there bc they interact with it
i thought the same thing , but i guess he said its about 90% safe
But they will react to those before the rug bc i had the same thing in a different settlement without rug in home and they was there
But worth another shot
Yep, I was thinking the same thing.

Hey paul just here to say i love thr vids and keep it up.
Much appreciated!
Really wish there was a radio station near me that broadcast 1920’s - 1950’s vintage music.
You can find that on Pandora or Amazon Music. Both are free. Well, for Amazon you need Amazon Prime.

Joseph Caesar Padrón I would pay handsomely for such a luxury. Lmao
You can also just press the button and it re sets them, endless supply
Oh wow even though this video isn't about it and if you haven't already made one you just gave me the idea with those short stairs to make a multi layered room inside a house. Well a couple idea's like one side of the house might be slightly raised higher or the other idea where it's just the entrance that's slightly raised and the small steps you used is what brings the room together. But doing this of course comes the problems with the wall levels unless you just make some of the center area in the room slightly higher for like a dance floor thing?
I'll be a permastudent in your class. Never graduating. Lol
LOL 👍
I dunno how you feel on the Creation Club content but the new settlement items have auto closing doors. They are pretty choice pieces!
Which kit is that in? I bought 2 that are for decorations, is it in there? Never looked at doors since getting them.
Hope it is in the new slocum and arcade packs. I just got those. Love the self closing doors idea. Be nice to have lockable doors too or why else am I carrying around all these keys. :)
Yeah, locking doors would be awesome for us ps4 users!
EpoxyJewelry.com - the slocum Joe’s pack. The one that adds in the brick walls and doughnuts.
It's in the Slocum's Joe pack. It's a glass storefront door that closes itself after a moment.
I know these are somewhat old but i hope you haven't (or have) found the way to get into the buildings in Hangman's Alley... I've set a basic pathway and little lower room inside them but haven't fleshed them out ( I tried to make the alley itself better) but there was one section of wall i cant place for "reasons" *flashbacks*
Well thanks for this series the info is great and your settlements are amazing!
minecrafters: doesn't this dude remind you of Mumbo Jumbo? He's got the charm and kindness along with the genius level ingenuity.
Skooled zone you can make the wooden door open in our out just rotate it
How would you get two other doors that way side by side going in the same direction?
Great vid top notch quality. And i havent even watched it yet
Roman Bellic Paul delivers nothing less.
Awesome Comment!!
Haha that's how I feel about all his videos
Another great video!
The reason your doors were glitching is because you spun the red one for an example when you were explaining that you hadn't figured out how to make doors reverse-able, then when you got your other wooden ones out, you hadn't spun it back to it's original position which then caused it to glitch and not snap.
I love the idea of building inside closed up houses but that disappearing item thing would drive me nuts every time I moved around lol.
Yeah, it was just a fun way to take advantage of a glitch. At least all the stuff would be safe from settlers and enemies.
@@SkooledZone oh it's rad and I would've never thought of it. I'm just extremely ocd lol. My wife compares me to Sheldon from big bang theory lmao.
Its over 30 minutes long im stoked bring it on bro 😁😁😁😁😁😁
😄
Another awesome video, thank you. Loving the building series.
👍
I love it when he says "poor green top nursery" like oh well yall will live ...
You can also use doors from the contraptions workshop. (this symbol 🔧)
Skooled Zone I am enjoying the shop classes. Thanks for the great content.
Awesome stuffs... again
I've had settlers teleport through walls and areas which should have been "Safe" like your room in Jamaica Plains when the settlement is under attack. Because of this I only use The Mechanists lair with no settlers as the only place I store my important things.
That's a good tip. Same with Home Plate in Diamond City.
Probably way late but I usually use the half glass walls from warehouse and the wooden half walls from barn and make my own windowed walls that are unbroken
I haven't tried it yet but have you tried putting in vault building pieces in the room? I ask because you can make an underground vault by putting vault pieces and you wont get the stuttering and disappearing.
skooled zone ...can you build us a epic trump wall ?
No mod build contest 👍🏻👍🏻
Cool, are you entering? ruclips.net/video/xlLnGyP0zIk/видео.html
Love the concept and keeping the game completely pure. What's your take on the stuff from creation club that is buildable
Thanks. And yeah, I haven't messed with Creation Club yet. Still so much left to do with the vanilla game. But maybe down the road!
Great
I have a figured out how to make proper automated door with pressure switches and logic gates.
Check it out ;-) ruclips.net/video/ylga9zWD8YE/видео.html
Can u make a vid on how to get supply lines
Joseph Feliciano you get them by getting the local leader perk I believe
Thx
One you have local leader, select a settler with no job using the workshop menu. One of the options will be Supply. Assign the settlement you want the settler to make the supply route and the rest is done automatically.
Learoy G thx
I'm sitting here in class waiting for the big ESO update to start but I'd rather it were Fallout 4. My common phrase during these videos is "You can do that?!"
When you can't place a door in a door frame, turn the door around. Just means the door is coming out the way you previously turned it so every door you pull out till you close that category. In this video you turned the door around once then couldn't place them. Then later you turned the door frame backwards so new doors were coming out facing forward thus not aligning.
YOUR POSTING AGAIN YAY XD
I would like to see rooms inside the dorm how u make the walls for seperating rooms
That glitchy background of the house is super scary. I like it but with that much glitchiness I couldn't build it. But you mentioned you didn't add any interactibles but the chair and couch are interactible.
NEATO! 😎👍
It's funny to me how group selecting works it's almost completely random I swear sometimes you can be so close trying to get the group select to even work when the item is directly in front of you, other times you just lifted your whole fucking house in the air😂
I learned that it might be a 'focus' problem: ruclips.net/video/D76HR039mDI/видео.html
Vacuum tubes are the shizz for reducing size limit.
Hopefully in Fallout 5 they will make decor more steady.
i have always just rotated the doors till they open the direction i want. i like all my doors to open out
Doors only open outward when snapped to the shack wall doorway ☺
Can you do something with dorm room where a certain level sponsor can get an assigned room?
That's kind of a cool idea actually. Let me think about how I'd run with that. Thanks Don!
Can we have a class room tour please
I sort of did that here: ruclips.net/video/ylga9zWD8YE/видео.html
Skooled Zone oh thanks
Where did you get the 2nd barn section from?
need some turrets on the pillars by the door
I've discovered that the two spawn points are behind the main building and behind the bus. I have turrets set up in both those places. =)
Does anyone know how to push selected items away from your character on the PS4?
FreeCandyGuy
hold x, use the left stick. also, hold x and L1 and you can go up and down
Does anyone know a way to build a house with protection from radstormes?
Hey paul!!!
Can you show how you turned on the helmet for the display and kept it on
Quicksmoke the mining helmet is always on at night. It comes on automatically and stays on till daytime.
Learoy G ty i have never noticed before
Where is your settlement at? Also what doors did you use for your back lit gun rack?
Jamaica Plain. And I used the automatic powered door for my back lit gun rack.
Is that from a DLC? I haven't purchased any DLC's yet.
Yes, I use a lot of building materials from the DLC.
with the power conduit is it possible to run an underground cable line linking inside a house or from room to room??
Absolutely: ruclips.net/video/3TIo77uMUxc/видео.html
I still can't get beyond the glitchiness of that house,.. tricky build, but not my cup of tea
have they fixed the settlement size issue? I haven't played since my game started glitching out last summer...
did he ever make the double bed episode?
Yup :) ruclips.net/video/jJ6zEqaSAeQ/видео.html
@Skooled Zone, (or anyone else) I've been trying to build a base that is 4 floors tall with a roof, but it seems I can only build walls on the fourth floor and NO roof. How are you guys building soo high without mods? I am using an elevator, is that possibly limiting me?
Seems it was just the location in Sanctuary, I was trying to build on the plot in between the big tree and the workshop. *shrug*
Yeah, each settlement has a different height limitation. For example, head right next door to Abernathy Farm and you can build up to 20 stories!
I'm new to follout 4
Welcome aboard!
your no mod classroom is Jamaica plain?
How do you glitch the size of your settlement? Did you just did that?
Drop and store glitch
I seem to be having trouble group selecting the door. Has an update ruined this or something?
Bethesda hasn't updated this game in years. You sure you're holding down the button to group select?
Can show everyone how lock doors with nand gates if not I explain then use siren too I can't get invisible wiring work on survivor
Ok, don't tell me where. Just how easy is it to get without too much spoilers? I'm still working on Far Harbor, almost done. Then Automatron next, then Nuka World. Just asking, cause some rewards you can miss out on if you don't do the quest just right.
After doing a few quest in the Nuka World DLC it gets unlocked
JosephR1018
Cool thanks, doesn't sound like I have to finish a quest a certain way. Just play the DLC and eventually I'll get it. 👍
AndrewWasHere 82 Keep reading if you care about unlocking all companion perks and keeping all companions
To unlock the raider settlement items you can loose Preston Garvey as a companion and he will NEVER talk to you again, This can be avoided if you never helped him, complete the Nuka World DLC, then help him but only if you choose the “Good” ending I did not know this when I played the DLC and lost him and never got his perk
JosephR1018
Not sure if I will side with the raiders.
