We typically wouldn't recommend stacking colors on top of a discharge white. For us, there are times when that makes sense, but in most cases, a discharge agent added to the water based ink would make more sense and deliver a better result.
As for flashing, more times than not, you shouldn't need to flash. Again, there are cases when flashing makes sense though.

I was referring to your reply to Thooper0322. I was wanting to use some of the water based inks with the discharge instead of pigments. Sorry for not being clear.

When you mentioned adding Discharge Agent to water based ink, is this the activator or the discharge base with the activator already mixed, and then added to the ink? If so would you need to up amount of activator based on the total amount of DC ink and water based ink?

Hi, so water based inks and discharge inks are the same inks with the only difference being the discharge agent? My real question being if I take any water based ink and just add the discharge agent I convert it into discharge ink?
