You can technically get them anywhere. Like eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, Miccostumes, etc. There's a lot of places that sell these and a wide range of cosplays.
Maybe you'll find cosplayers doing similar stuff at your local Anime convention! Stuff like cosplay contests/masquerades usually has some dance performances. Good luck. :3
