Late reply but if you click on it you hear a secret message with a deep voice about a death on the balcony at a certain time. Just lore stuff I assume since it doesn't help you. You DO get a Steam achievement for it though.
@@TiredCoffeeMug it says something about 3:30, balcony, input, nelson mandela's death. so if you go to the balcony at 3:30, there will be a new anomoly report called input, and you enter 2013 to get a secret message.
There's a little dude in the bottom right corner of the living room when I play and I can't get rid of him. What type is that? Intruder/ ghost/ unidentified object/ shadow anomaly nothing worked.
