I m really happy to have discovered your channel thanks to the video focused on left hands player. Lot of tactical aspects to assimilate. Now it s time to practice on the court. Keep going your great work !
Sven, more sand should give slower court and be better for knees etc because it gets softee.. You said more sand gives faster court. That sounds incorrect. Look at claycourts. The slower court in tennis.
The courts where they are putting more sand on, are faster courts than the mondo grass (the courts with less sand) So if you see a court with sand, the court is faster.
Had to check it up and yes, at least according to major set the silica sand is used on padel courts to control the bounce and slow the game down. Or that is one of the seasons. You can check there site yourself. Otherwise great video Sven. As usual. Thanks.
Good tips, but I would advocate extreme caution in attempting to seriously do this in a match! My friend tried this last month, and he focused his attention outwards so much so that not only did he assimilate with our opponents, but also the padel court itself. He ended up winning the match, but my friend has yet to regain his sense of self and still thinks he literally is padel court number 4 where he last played. Only worth it to risk this in tournaments with cash prizes imo! Thanks for the video Sven 🥎
Great tactical advice Sven. I often struggle against tall opponents who have a good smash, but I have something to work on now👍
Thank you!
