That was one of the most touching episodes of this show for me. What a heartfelt and considerate son-in-law he is. This is something you rarely see today, because the own children are no longer worried about their parents. What used to be taken for granted can no longer be seen in today's fast, digitized world. Not only the older people, but also the young generation is getting more and more lonely, there is no personal contact, no security, no hug and warmth anymore ..... Therefore, not only the Koreans should learn from Alex and his wife, but the whole world, that is true humanity, love and care ...
honestly, the episode brought me to tears. It is only human to take care of our elders in this way because they have in turn taken care of us. Yet why is society so willing to cast them aside. My friends, my seniors and my juniors, you only have one life, live it appreciating who brought you up and who will follow your footsteps on this wonderful planet. Live, learn, appreciate, experience, respect, teach
He honestly embodies a truly kind soul and they are so rare to encounter. His wife and he were nothing but pure love and affection - this translates to everyone in that household. He really is someone to learn on - I know I myself reflected on myself so much during this episode and hope it touches other people the same way. I also appreciate the brother-in-law acknowledging how he and his brothers did not take up the responsibility of their own father and only the son-in-law came through - really a shining example.
