On your TOP 5 crazy spots on the center boss spots if you get under the map of the big waterfall under the bridge there a big lake behind the waterfall keep swim in it away from the waterfall and you will run into invisible water and you can swim up. Swim to the top and you will pop out at the boss spot without using ghost mode I have not try this online yet...
