Necessary material.
150 grams of chicken breast.
1 classic glass of milk, 200 ml.
3 onions.
3 cloves of garlic.
6 green peppers.
2 fresh red peppers.
1300 grams, potatoes.
for the sauce.
1/2 tablespoon of salt, 8 grams.
Black pepper, thyme, mint according to your desire.
1/2 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, 5 grams.
1/2 tablespoon of chili paste,
1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste, 15 grams.
2 cloves of garlic.
3 tablespoons of cooking oil. 36 ml.
1 small teaspoon of rosemary, 2 grams.
5 bay leaves.
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes with covered and 20 minutes without cover.
