    Truth! "Hang around for 20 years and you'll get what I got". Like, "I'm going to hold onto this job forever." They're not looking out for you as much as you think they do when you're younger. I appreciate your videos.

      For me it took growth and maturity to realize this...so crazy! Thank you!! Feel free to let me know if you have any videos you'd like me to create!

    GIIIIIIIIRRRRRLLLL!!!! Timeka Green! Ms. Timeka Green! Heeyyy HR! You are telling the truth. Our stories are so similar that it is scary…… or shameful. Your story is not isolated, which makes it that much more sad. Like you, hopefully people learn to get the experience & move on to move up.

    I started on the Dave Ramsey plan and once Covid hit, i didn’t feel comfortable with only $1000 in my account and putting all my money towards debt so i did mine out of order. I built my emergency fund and now I’m paying down debt while still saving

    Oooo! 😃 speaking of ATS…What position creates a KPI dashboard? I could use some direction to resources on how to create one myself before I get too frustrated with the current Excel Sheet my team is working with.

    • @HeyyyHR
      @HeyyyHR  Год назад +1

      It totally depends on what your KPIs are. With you saying ATS, I'm assuming you want recruiting KPIs. Just know that you create KPI's based on the company's goals, department goals or where you want to see improvement in an area, so it's not just one that you use for everyone. As a result, your KPI dashboards are always going to be different. Sounds like you want (or need🥴) me to create a video on KPIs and KPI Dashboards...,am I right?

      @@HeyyyHR Ohhh. See I didn’t realize kpis could be relevant to recruiting. I’d love to watch a video about what kpis are, when they’re used, how to create a dashboard version or excel sheet version for a team. I’m looking for understanding in how to track employees’ task performance because I need to transmute my complaints into action. When I leave this current job I want to leave the team with a better tracking tool and to have something to show for what I’ve accomplished in the role. There’s so much lack in reliable processes, information destination, and evaluating issues at this position and it’s driving me crazy 😅. I’ll deep dive into your videos for now and continue looking for resources you and others share. Thank you!

      @@a.whychild6591 Sounds like you're a good leader!!!!! I love it! Subscribe and hit the bell bc KPIs will be a series of videos. If I did one video, it would be LONG! lol Join my email list too, bc I share resources there. I may create a blog (or two) about KPIs too. Right now, I'm playing catch up, so I'll finish these LinkedIn videos next. Throughout my regular schedule I'm planning a series of lives with amazing guests and doing a pilot/focus group for a short period of time (yes, many balls in the air while working full-time), but I definitely have KPIs up right after I finish LinkedIn.
