I loveeee your apartment; it looks so cozy! I hope you find something amazing that gives you a good work-life balance. I send all my best intentions your way! 💙
thank you so much! it really has become my little nook ❤ thank you for sending those thoughts my way - a job with good work-life balance is exactly what i’m wishing for too!
ahh, i’m so happy you noticed! i’ve been experimenting with the new camera to bring a bit more dynamic angles. and yes, edinburgh is calling you-come visit soon! :)
Amandine thank you for reminding me how good it is to journal ones thoughts and feelings no matter what they are,to put it on paper. I saw among your books a copy of "The house in the cerulian sea" by TJ Klune(one of my favorite books i just started reading again,i am a sucker when it comes to cozy, heartwarming and found family),i also read at the moment my favorite classic "Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Bronte published 1847!!!! Thank you for taking us along errands, you baking, drinking tea and choosing a favorite mug(you cant have to many mugs😉),slowing down in the everyday🫖🍵🥧🕯📓🖋📚Warm hugs coming your way🫂
oh, i couldn’t agree more - there’s something so therapeutic about putting things on paper, and sometimes we don’t even realise how much is inside us until we do. i’ve yet to read the house in the cerulean sea, but it’s high on my list, especially for that found family vibe - i think winter will be the cosiest time for it! as for jane eyre, i started it last autumn and put it down midway to read something else… definitely need to pick it up again! and i’m with you on the mugs - already itching for a new one 🙈
thank you so much! 😊 have you read any other sally rooney yet? i hope you enjoy this one! it’s a bit slow for me at the moment, but i’m really warming to the characters
of course, happy to share! 💛 the main base is: 150g oatmeal 50g almonds (i lightly crush them for some chunks) 30g mixed seeds/nuts (i use a mix with sunflower, pumpkin, hemp & golden linseed) 60g maple syrup 50g honey 30g canola oil i usually add chia seeds and cinnamon powder, but this time i used pumpkin spice. you can also add cacao nibs, coconut flakes, dried cranberries-whatever suits your taste or the season :) mix everything, spread on a tray, and press down firmly. bake at 160°c for 20 mins, stir, then bake for another 10 mins. let it cool on the counter for 20 mins so it solidifies a bit before breaking into chunks. hope you enjoy it!
@@amandinebula I switched the canola oil for olive oil and they turned out great. You cannot taste the oil and they are perfectly chunky. Thank you for sharing! 🤍
Nothing beats a cosy day at home❤
I couldn’t agree more - especially in autumn and winter 😌
